Pros:

Room was elegant, cozy, bathroom well designed. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Cons:

I could hear a lot of noises on the hall early on and during the night. Doors banging mainly.
Room was too hot, radiator in the bathroom had no off switch. Energy and gas will be more expensive, so please reconsider the consumption. Coffee from the machine terrible, sorry.

Pros:

Stanze molto carine, buona e varia colazione, posizione top per muoversi a piedi per la città. Staff davvero disponibile, gentile e sorridente, abbiamo avuto a che fare sia con Valentina che con Andrei, entrambi davvero unici!

Very nice room and location
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. The location is very close to The Palace Hall and I really enjoyed my stay

Cons:

The cleaning lady opened my door and entered the room without checking if there’s someone inside, that was really unpleasant and something that shouldn’t happen.

Pros:

O locatie curata cu oameni cu zambetul pe buze si intelegatori.Am ajuns mai devreme si ne-au permis intrarea in camera.Camera curata ,baia la fel,totul la superlativ.Felicitari sigur vom mai reveni.

A cama é muito confortavel, a localização é otima e os funcionarios simpáticos.

Cons:

Almofadas muito moles, o pequeno almoço é basico, poderia ser um pouco mais reforçado e os quartos estavam demasiado quentes sem possibilidade de regular a temperatura.
