Comfy rooms, short walk to Bencoolen station. Great staff.
Pros:

Comfy rooms. We had a 4 person suite and a 2 person suite. 2 person suite was just a bed + a kitchenette area with washer/dryer combo, it was sufficient. 4 person suite was quite spacious for 2 adults + 2 young children. Property had outdoor lounging area on various floors, very neat.

It was ok
Pros:

The size of the rooms are good and there is a proper kitchenette stocked with cutlery and dishware which was really good for our family. The location is also fairly convenient with lots of food options around.

Cons:

Bathroom ventilation wasn’t great and the floors had a tacky feel to it. Housekeeping only happened once during our stay.
We forgot to sign out of our Netflix account as we were in a rush to check out and the next guest staying in the unit my family stayed at ended up using our account and messing up our episode watch sequence. I am surprised there is no thorough resetting of the digital systems in the apartment - at hotels when we do the same it always gets logged out by the hotel when we leave but here it’s not the case.

Value for money
Pros:

location is perfect, rooms are so clean, staff was so polite cleaning service was good as well

Cons:

if there is an issue, we need to wait for the staff to come after 1000 AM, we had wifi connection issue on one day, they corrected after 8 AM only, i was not able to do my office work that day. Similarly, we had issues with the washing machine, the staff could come only after 1000 AM, otherwise, rest all is good.

Pros:

Nestled between two MRT stations the location is great. The room was so comfortable and compared to other hotels nearby, plenty space for the two of us. full length widow so the views were great. Reception staff fantastic and helpful. Definitely stay there again.

הצוות של המתחם מאוד נחמד ושירותי.
יש תמורה למחיר.

Cons:

המיקום קצת מרוחק, אבל יש אפשרויות תחבורה רבות.
אין סלון שאפשר לשבת בו, זה מעין חלל עם שולחן קטן עגול וטלויזיה.
