Pros:

A very nice view and a pleasant room. The staff were helpful and accommodating at short notice.

the location is hard to find. quite hard. but once there, it is lovely waterfront location. very peaceful. quiet. outdoor kitchen. hammock. sand area.

the space is new, so needs some time to get all set up. the fridge was a stinky mess for example.
