a great waterfront private escape. quite close to matnog.
Pros:

the location is hard to find. quite hard. but once there, it is lovely waterfront location. very peaceful. quiet. outdoor kitchen. hammock. sand area.

Cons:

the space is new, so needs some time to get all set up. the fridge was a stinky mess for example.
