They are scamming people using two locations with the same name.

I was charged an extra $61 I never got back. Ask the lady at the front desk what happened she said, the person that took my money wasn’t supposed to and then did nothing just kept my money. They will rob you. They have 2 hotels that will charge you for both after staying at one. I was also charged $186 for wingate. I was also told by the lady at the front desk that, that is the other hotel. Still no help. I have been robbed of over $200 and no help or answer. This place is a scam be careful doing business with them. I saw that another person was dealing with the same problem. The should be investigated.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the kitchenette and the walk in shower. The provided breakfast was good.

Cons:

I had an additional charge show up on my checking account separate from the room charge. I called the hotel and it was removed quickly -but not explained. Some minor maintenance was needed in areas, like paint around a towel rack repair (pic).

This was the perfect place for us to have a stop over for my daughter's tour of A&M.
Pros:

I loved that it was clean, looked like it had fresh paint and seemed fairly new. It was a great price point. The pool was great. I slept on the pullout which was comfortable. My kids slept on the bed and they were comfy. Staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast tasted great too.

Cons:

If I had to find something to change, the only thing I can think of is that the lobby had a tv playing movies and the volume was loud. I am sure if I went out and asked for it to be turned down they would. It was just surprising to hear.

Great value, easy access. Would stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms at a very affordable price. Easy access for myself being a disabled vet. Very easy to get in and out of the property to get to where we needed to go and back.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the property other than many management paying closer attention to security concerns on property. There was a group of guests playing music in the parking lot and smoking illegal substance. Woke us up at 3 am and the smell of their smoke was coming through the air con very strongly.

Pros:

The bed was very good.

Cons:

The towel rack fell from the wall. It appeared to be hollowed out in screws, which means it was just resting on the hinges. The water pipe came out of the drain around 3AM, so had to sponge up water with the towels. It was a mobility room. The front desk lady said a report would made and asked how did I pay.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The kitchenette with full refrigerator, dishes and utensils was great. The pool was nice with comfy lounge chairs. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

It would be better to have the TV on the wall across from the couch so you could watch it from the couch or bed.

Cons:

The room had a musky smell. Hard to get a hot shower. Trash can in front of hotel overflowing, giving trashy look. Brought to their attention 2nd day, they never emptied.

Pros:

It was a wonderful value for the price and location.The breakfast was really fresh and wonderful the staff was super friendly

Cons:

The only thing I reported is I don't know if the people that had been in there before cooked Indian type food. But the furniture and the room smelled like cooked curry or something. And it made my clothes smell terrible. It kind of took away from a perfect score. It really should have been looked at. I don't know if it needed more cleaning or what? But when these places have kitchen nets, people cook, what they cook. But I think it should have been either cleaned. Better or a sanitized better

Very amazing stay and would definitely return
Pros:

Was perfect location and had everything we needed during our stay!

Cons:

Walls and doors were thin and let noise in very easy so you could here people in the hallways pretty often
