Was better back in the days but can be improved for the future

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the main reason why i give it that high of a rating in the end. Also the rooms are very spacious, Be lucky if you get 201 Also the location of the hotel is unbeatable even there is no bts nearby

Cons:

I was already there almost 2 years ago and had a wonderful time there so why not book it again. But things changed over time. The first room in the fifth floor had a wonderfull view from the balcony but it was dirty, the door between bathroom and sleeping room was stuck, and there where some cockroaches. They gave me a new room which felt like an upgrade cause the sleeping room was huge and beautiful. Sadly electricity stopped working after two days and could not be fixed. So i got room number three which was ok but the bed was very hard and a lot of water came out of the ac on the balcony which was a perfect habitat for mosquitos so be prepared for that lovely sound of these adorable animals when they next to your ear when you try to fall asleep. Water pressure in the shower was kind of non existent so having a good shower wanst possible as well. You had to remind the staff to clean your room which they even forgot and you had to remind them again also you had to ask for new towels and toiletpaper by yourself. Its kind of a pity that this in general wonderful place is so run down at the moment. But things can also change to something better

Nice large room with good facilities, customer service needs improvement.
Pros:

All facilities are working perfectly, furniture and bedding are very comfortable.

Cons:

The remote control for TV was missing and although reported twice, the problem was not solved until checked out. The cleaner comes only twice a week, cleaning is not done thoroughly.

Grand appartement dans condo
Pros:

L'appartement est grand avec deux belles chambres. C'est calme pour Bangkok. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé mais il y a une belle piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble. Le quartier est dynamique avec restaurants, café et supermarché, bien pratique.

Cons:

Avec des enfants, appartement assez éloigné du BTS et le taxi avec le traffic prend du temps pour les déplacements. Les lits étaient fait et propres mais le sol n'était pas lavé et assez sale. Le mobilier n'était pas de toute jeunesse sauf les lits très biens.
