Pros:

Báječná poloha blízko památek, tržiště a Galatskeho mostu. Na recepci byl úžasný, mlady muž, který se o máš skvěle postaral

Cons:

Ocenil bych na pokoji možnost připravit si čaj, ale byla možnost udělat pár kroků a udělat si ho na recepci.

Pros:

The staff is excellent—very polite and helpful. We were checked in a few hours earlier than expected. There is tea, coffee, and both hot and cold drinking water available in the lobby. The room is not very new, but it is very clean. The location is very convenient, with a metro station and trams nearby. However, because of this, there is some minor road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. There are plenty of places nearby where you can eat delicious food and buy both food and souvenirs. Not everywhere accepts cards, so it’s something to keep in mind.

Pros:

Удобное расположение в европейской части Стамбула, метро в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Отель очень уютный и чистый, свежий приятный ремонт. Ежедневно убирали и меняли постель и полотенца.
Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, помогли с багажом и заказом такси. Бесплатно кофе и чай круглосуточно. Есть выход на крышу с прекрасным видом. Благодарим от души)))

Отличное расположение, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рядом набережная и паромный причал👍🏻 Очень приветливый персонал, в номере комфортно, уборка проводилась ежедневно. Завтрак не включен, но чай/кофе без ограничений✅ Отдельное спасибо персоналу, отзывчивость на высшем уровне🙏🏻

The best thing about the hotel was its excellent location. Just across the road from the tram station, metro station, and ferry, with all transport options right in front of the hotel. The backside opens into a large market area with hotels and street food, which was especially convenient for breakfast. The staff were very supportive and humble and even helped us with our luggage when we stored it while visiting Antalya. We stayed with two kids under 6, and despite snowfall outside, the heating system was excellent, keeping the hotel warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever I visit turkey again i'll stay here ❤️
