Pros:

Very clean, great value, helpful staff. Good location near the metro and not far from the big bazaar and blue temple, as well as the bridge to Galata.

Pros:

Location was handy, most of the things you would want to see are within 20-30min walk. The check in counter guy waited up late for us to check in, even though there was a smart ass remark about us being late. There was a problem with the shower, and when we reported it, it was very promptly fixed and much better. the terrace on the roof was great - some seats to watch a pretty good view from with a glass of wine. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet at night. there were shops and food places within a 5min walk which was very handy.

Cons:

The room was pretty tatty and while generally clean, certainly dated. The ceiling in the bathroom had little spots of mold on it, and really needed a scrub and some sealer.

Pros:

Baiatul de la recepție foarte atent ,mi- a raspuns rapid la toate mesajele și cererile. Eu am platit camera cu loc de parcare inclus prin booking si am avut loc șmecher de parcare( cine a mai fost în Istanbul știe ce haos e acolo parcare + condus. Cazarea e aproape de metroul care duce în piața Taksim (2 stații) și a fost aproape de restul obicectivelor noastre. Paturile foarte confortabile,sincer zgomotul strazii + metrou ,noaptea ,nu ne- au deranjat. Au terasa ,e perfect pt fumatori.Curatenie a fost, doamna a intrat si a 2 a zi si a facut . Desi am prins a 2 a zi dupa ce au fost masiv inundați si am avut un sejur cu ploaie aproape permanent ,noi ne- am simtit foarte bine. Mulțumim

Cons:

Nu știu daca din cauza inundațiilor dar in baie a fost miros puternic de canalizre. Oricum la majoritatea cazarilor am vazut ca este aceasta problemă. Sus pe tavan erau ceva măzgalituri si puține urme de mucegai. Nu va speriați nimic exagerat ,de luat serios in calcul. Cu siguranța gasesți lucruri care sa nu ti placă daca vrei. Per total e o cazare foarte buna si cu mult peste ce am vazut eu în Istanbul iar personalul e foarte misto, mulțumesc din nou .

Il vicolo in cui si trova è un pò brutto a vedersi ma non c'è nessun pericolo anzi abbiamo trovato persone gentili, non lo definirei esattamente un hotel, va bene per dormirci

Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ma purtroppo non basta.

Cons:

L'hotel sembra molto più bello dalle foto che dal vivo. Le camere sono pulite ma troppo rovinate. L'aria condizionata è vecchia e fa rumore. Inoltre la strada dove si trova l'hotel è veramente sporca e trasandata.

Pros:

Останавливались здесь только на одну ночь, т.к. летели в Европу. Нас встретил очень приветливый и обстоятельный молодой человек на ресепшене, который проводил нас в номер, заказал нам такси, разбудил нас в 5 утра, как мы его просили.

Cons:

В ванной не работал свет. Лампочка то горела очень тускло, то начинала моргать, то вообще не горела. Для нас это было не важно, мы переночевали и уехали. Думаю они уже это исправили.
