Pros:

The staff was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

A bit too far from the JR Higashi-onomichi station than I imagined. If I don't have too many luggage, it's acceptable.

受付の方の対応は気さくで良かったです。駅から離れてるものの、飲食店も徒歩圏内にあり便利だし、とにかくリーズナブルだと思います。

Cons:

禁煙者に対しては、とにかく煙草臭くて匂いが身体や荷物にうつりそうで嫌でした。。。

スタッフのかたがとてもフレンドリーで、話しやすかったです。
無料のモーニングがついてましたが、豪華でした。
買い忘れがあったのですが、部屋から外出できて、便利でした！

Cons:

入り口の門？が色褪せていて、イメージが悪いと思います。外観を綺麗にしたら入りやすいんじゃないかな？
