Pros:

Классный отель, хороший персонал, чистый бассейн!! Вкусная еда. Массаж в номере был потрясающим!

Cons:

В первую ночь перестал работать кондиционер, всю ночь практически не спали из за этого. Это был единственный минус, все остальное было на высоте

Le personnel était très bienveillant et l'hôtel a beaucoup de charme malgré que...
La chambre très spacieuse et la literie très confortable.
Le petit espace privatif devant la chambre et près de la piscine très appréciable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est identifié sous deux noms distincts avec des tarifs et conditions différentes ?
A l'arrivée il a fallu négocier pour avoir le type de chambre exact correspondant à ma résa.
La télé ne fonctionne pas, mais pour ma part ce n'était pas un problème, le frigo top n'était pas branché, donc j'ai fait un switch avec la télé.
La baignoire n'est pas fixée au mur 😂 donc maxi fuite.
Et...la piscine qui est magnifique et très rafraîchissante n'est pas entretenu, la pompe ne tourne jamais et hop le soir un petit seau de chlore choc.
Les p'tits déj pas au niveau.

If you’re going to put a massive discount on for people to think they’re getting a great deal, atleast add a disclaimer
Pros:

Staff were very nice, the room itself is very spacious, bathrooms quite clean. 2 pillows each for a double bed. Had tuk tuk drivers waiting outside to get where you needed to go. Also locked up at night with someone on 24 hour service.

Cons:

The pool is totally false advertising, after 4/5 days here literally no one used it. Quite clearly hasn’t been cleaned or any Chlorine added to it for at minimum weeks. It was fully green with debris all inside it.

The room wasn’t cleaned once whilst we were staying here, same sheets and no removing of the full bin in our room, we also had to ask for toilet paper. The bedsheets also had a funky colour on them towards the feet but we decided to not investigate further for our own sanity.

A/C is very strong which you think would be a positive however it’s either ice cold or roasting in your room. It also makes everything really humid somehow?? There was quite literally moisture on the floor after you woke up or had it on for a while.

To finish off there’s was a large amount of flies in our room towards the end of our stay. This could be due to the bin not being replaced at all during our stay. Who knows.

Great value! Best place for exploring the city and surroundings.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind. We felt more than at home. Everything was very clean.
Location is awesome. Quiet during day and night; although it’s right next to the market so you will get the best snacks just around the corner.
They got even a free service that brings you to the town center in the afternoon/evening.
Beds were super comfy.
We stayed 11 nights instead of 4 as planned.

Pros:

Superbe hôtel à Siem Riep. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant. Notre dernier jour, après avoir libéré la chambre, ils ont accepté gentiment de garder nos valises le temps qu'on prenne notre bus le soir. Les chambres propres et spatieuses. Le soir, ils mettent gratuitement un tuctuc à disposition pour aller dans le centre. Nous recommandons !

Le petit déjeuner copieux et avec différents choix.
La piscine pour se raffraichir en fin de journée.
La chambre spacieuse et la literie confortable.
L'emplacement a 20min a pied du centre ville.

I will come back again
Pros:

Staff always was helpful and friendly. When a question could not be answered, they found out and came back to me. All information was correct.
Breakfast options.
Lovely pool.

Cons:

Air condition did not work for a full night.
There was no closet or a rail to hang up close.
Entrance is not signed with Indra Purak. I walked to far for this reason.
Some few photos should be updated.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful...Upgraded my room , fabulous view from large balcony, very prive..Breakfast included in my booking was great...Loved the fact had a small market next door, friendly people , good quality fresh fruit.... very relaxing quality place for the price...AIRCON really cold, great wifi..would recommend staying again....Did not get around to using the pool, maybe next time..
