Volvería a hospedarme sin duda alguna!
Pros:

Muy lindo el hotel, con fácil acceso a avenidas. La atención fue impecable. Temperatura de la alberca agradable, áreas de descanso limpias y habitación cómoda.

Cons:

Las almohadas no son muy cómodas para dormir y podrían mejorar la limpieza diaria, hay zonas donde no limpian a profundidad.

Acogedor, íntimo y cálido es mi definición para esta estancia
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal y el restaurante, la comida excepcional me hubiera gustado probar más cosas el desayuno que ofrece el hotel a sus huéspedes es gratuito, abundante y delicioso.

Nos encantó

Cons:

No pudimos acceder a Netflix y en general la red de internet no era buena, pero nosotros casi nunca estuvimos en el hotel

Nice and comfortable, very quiet surroundings. The beds and linen are very clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was really Tasty but there are only some options for the one included and they have a full menu, you can order extra or different items but you have to pay extra.

Cons:

towels are really used, they do need to change them. They're very clean but ripped.

La Habitacion limpia y comoda

Cons:

La actitud del personal del Recepcion no tuvo actitud de servicio, cuando reportamos que no habia agua caliente en la ducha, a pesar de que Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aqui en la semana, practicamente no dijo que fue nuestra responsabilidad porque no preguntamos qué procedimiento debiamos hacer para que salga agua caliente de las regaderas.

It was good, but the staff and the pool hours could be better
Pros:

The property was good. It’s kind of cute and cozy.

Cons:

The only downside was the staff. The older lady at the front desk didn’t have a bad attitude, but she wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming to my friends and me. The young waiter at the restaurant was the same.

I also think the pool hours should be extended past 9 PM, since there aren’t many things to do at the hotel.

The induction cooktop in the kitchen didn’t even work.
