The location on the beach was just heavenly. The staff were all lovely, so friendly and attentive. A special mention to Emiliano, Juanita and Franco

The staff was unbelievably helpful and the beach was right outside of our door. Nejeli (I apologize for the spelling) was particularly great.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, en la playa y en una zona con varios lugares para comer. El personal muy amable y el.desayuno excelente.

La struttura è stupenda, su una spiaggia incantevole di Tulum e fuori dalla finestra sembra di avere la scenografia di un film. Avevamo l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia e lo abbiamo adorato. Il personale molto disponibile e belle e pulite le camere. Buona la colazione e anche il ristorante (non compreso) ha ottimi piatti sia messicani sia italiani.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, frente al mar. Mucha tranquilidad en la playa. Con varios locales cercanos para ir de compras. El lugar tiene un restaurante que se come muy bien. La atención de la recepcionista es excelente. Se puede ver el amanecer y la salida de la luna. Tiene playa pública a 150 mts más gente y sunsets y a 15 min caminando se accede a parque del jaguar, donde pagas entrada y te llevan con carritos a distintas playas, recomiendo playa paraiso. Los domingos es gratuito.

This is an absolutely gorgeous resort - a serene beach paradise tucked away in busy Tulum! We enjoyed some of the best food we’ve had on our trip around the Americas - delicious fresh flavours unique to other restaurants but nailing the basics too. The beach is private, white sand, and in a beautiful little cove. We had birds flying past, and an iguana sunning itself near by. The service we received from Juanita was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and funny! We’ll definitely be back, for all of it :) even the storm that rolled in didn’t diminish our experience!

This hotel is really nice. It sits in this little cove area, slightly enclosed by rocks at the edge of both sides of the beach, with another hotel and business. So it feels kind of private and since I went in December, it wasn’t that busy so it was even more chill.
It is at the beginning of the hotel zone as well where it isn’t as loud or party-ish which was nice for me.

The beach was clean but the water was a little rough to swim or stand in at times. The sunrise is right in front of you and it’s wonderful.
Saw a few iguanas on the rocks as well 🦎

I had a partial ocean view room on the first floor and it was not bad at all! I could not only see the water but hear the ocean waves from the bed. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was also small but clean. The shower had hot water and worked well. I liked the sink outside the bathroom. The fan and AC worked well. The beds were modestly comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable for me. My neck had pains after sleeping on them so I had to sleep without them.

There is a closet, lock box and a beach bag with beach towels to use. They also give you two bottles of water free.

There are chairs and a hammock outside the front door but I found the hammock to be really uncomfortable sadly (very thin and cheap). A nice feet washing bowl with rose petals - nice touch.

The breakfast came with the room and it was delicious. Nice options and Juanita was the best.
Very pleasant staff all around and I enjoyed my stay there.

The reception staff were also nice and allowed me to store my bags in their office on the last day after checkout and I could sit on the beach for a couple extra hours until I had to leave (they even let me use the beach towel too).
Overall, highly recommend!
