Great location, great facilities, great food, lovely staff, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location, great food, great room, lovely bed, lovely staff, and excellent value for money.
I would highly recommend.

Cons:

The shower cubicle could have been slightly bigger, but it was a very clean bathroom with a lovely, hot, shower with very good water pressure.

Good but room for improvement.
Pros:

Good location. Our superior double room had a large bed. The room was bright, with windows on two sides. The hot food at breakfast was cooked to order, and very good.

Cons:

A fire alarm box that kept beeping. Dirt on the stairs to the resident’s rooms. No coat hooks in the bedroom. Lights in bedroom very poor for reading. The shower drained slowly and the bathroom was in danger of flooding. I had no option but to investigate the shower trap and remove a huge clump of hair. Choice of cereals at breakfast very poor. Only muesli was a sachet of Alpen. Apple juice had a strange taste.

Just what we needed for a nights stay, worth the money.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice (the toast was very hard though my 1 year old wouldn’t eat it😂)
Views were lovely.
Staff were nice and friendly.
Rooms were clean.
Access to the he bar was a lovely addition to the stay.
Upgraded us to a family room so that we had more space.

Cons:

No lift access for the pram but it wasn’t a big deal.
