Pros:

Great location, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff, particularly the in-house caretaker, Junaid, who worked very hard to keep the place clean and tidy.

Cons:

Thin wood partition wall, no insulation to isolate sound; can hear chatting from the room next door and outside the room, which goes on till past midnight.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. My room aircon was leaking, they changed the room for me next day.

Cons:

It is partitioned room, poor sound proof, can hear other guests talking or snoring in the room next door. Wooden flooring from level 1 and above, wooden floor creaks when you walk on it. The handrails on some stairs shake when you hold them.
water heaters are old but still OK to use.

Cardboard walls, I noticed only a one FIRE 🔥 EXTINGUISHER 🧯 ON MY LEVEL. I MIGHT HAVE MISSED IT, BUT I DIDN’T SEE ANY INDICATION OF THE ROUTE TO A FIRE ESCAPE. I’m sure you have fire alarm and smoke detectors fitted, but I didn’t notice them. ??

Arrived at 12am, somehow managed to climb the first set of steps to the first floor. The second flight of steps were so

Cons:

The stairs to the upper floors are so narrow and steep without handrails or support, it is a high risk health and safety disaster waiting to happen. I’m surprised no one has sued them yet.

Çok karmaşık bir mimarisi var. Mutfak odaya çok uzak, hiç kullanamadım. En kötüsü klima dış ünitesi odamın üzerindeydi. Gürültüden uyuyamadım. Ve fiyatı yüksek.
