Pros:

Tout dans l’hôtel était exceptionnel, la gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel, la propreté de la chambre, la chambre tout court, la vue, l’emplacement. J’ai rarement passé un aussi bon séjour et petit détail important la douche était exceptionnelle : pratique, grande, propre, excellent débit d’eau.
Je voudrais infiniment remercier personnellement Gökhan qui a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long du séjour.

Wonderful time in Istanbul!

Location, views, comfort, design, all wonderful!
A special thank you to Taha, Gokhan, Ayhan, Leila Memet and Enuine. They were all incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for.
Hotel was very nice and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of.
Had an amazing few days in Istanbul and made great memories. I would definitely recommend Glens Palas to anyone visiting Istanbul!

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. It was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location was great and made it easy to get around. The space felt welcoming and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was also smooth and helpful.
