Pros:

The apartment was very large. I think we ended up with a different apartment to what we had booked.
It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The carpark and access to our room was a bit odd. The reception area could do with a makeover. The reception was quite tired and not the best first impression. Staff were nice and friendly though.

Love it!! Our #1 Wgtn accommodation
Pros:

Lovely staff, private and quiet. Loved staying somewhere where the walls are thick so you don't have to hear your own group through the walls, let alone other guests. Spotless facility - I initially thought our kitchen had never been used before it was so clean! Once you have access, the parking situation is fantastic as we had the ability to get from our carpark to our room safely, securely & out of the rain while wrestling a toddler which made life a lot easier.

Extra touches like quality teabags (& happy to run more up to us when our English family decimated the stash quickly), genuinely nice toiletries, had both an ensuite and a second full bathroom in our two bedroom suite which was very helpful. The location can't be beat, when staying you have access to all of Wgtn but the ability to retreat to your accommodation and chill out.

Our suite had a small balcony & as it had a high railing we could leave the doors open as it was completely safe for our active toddler.

Cons:

The shower floors were incredibly slippery which means they're super clean but both our toddler & one of us adults slipped over in them

Cons:

Townhouses were like a sauna and very difficult to cool down with windows open and fans going. No AC and too hot to get our infant down for sleep

Great place to stay, will be back. Hopefully have a softer bed
Pros:

Close to everything - easy walk to shopping, bars - lots of places to eat. Great view
Good room size. Everything we needed was there. Quite for the location

The bed was a bit hard - a softer bed is the only improvement I can think of

Pros:

Location is great at the centre of everything

Cons:

1. The 2 bedroom suite does not have airconditioner (heater and fan were available)
2. Wifi only has a very short range (works in the living room, but does not connect in the bedrooms)
3. No room cleaning for the price paid

Convenient and comfortable - cleanliness could be better.
Pros:

Location is really convenient. Easy walk into Cuba Mall, Willis Street, Lambton Quay and surrounds.

Cons:

Rooms were not as clean as expected. Marks on the carpet that looked like blood stains, and bathroom/shower drains were really smelly.
