Enjoyable & close to where we needed to be.
Pros:

Excellent location in Akasaka. Robot check in.

Cons:

Rooms were really small. For two adults + suitcases. Made the stay in the room really tight.

スタイリッシュな家具がおしゃれ
掃除が行き届いていた
部屋が広く、ソファがあったので、くつろげた大きなテレビがよい
朝食が美味しかった、ポテトとベーコン最高！
ウインナーがちゃんと味付けされていて、美味しかった、ラッシーがあるのも珍しい
ナイトウェアの丈が長くて、生地も柔らかく、着心地が良かった
スリッパもしっかりしたもので、履き心地が良かった
駅すぐではないが、分かりやすいとこにあって行きやすい
ロボットはびっくりするが、チェックインチェックアウトが簡単

読書灯が壊れていた
入室したとき、冷房になっていて寒かった
アメニティにクレンジング、化粧水、乳液あればよかった
部屋に緑茶だけじゃなく、珈琲や紅茶も欲しかった
夜中、暖房で乾燥したので、加湿器が欲しい
部屋にも小さい卓上の鏡が欲しかった

Posizione centrale, comoda per gli spostamenti, zona be servita, sempre facilmente accessibile. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Presente lavatrice e asciugatrice a gettoni.

Cons:

Camere non troppo spaziose, contatto con lo staff ridotto al minimo. Consigliamo due cicli di asciugatrice.

Pros:

Väldigt bra och centralt läge! Hade bra tillgång till stationer omkring såväl nödvändigheter som Familymart, 7eleven m.m. Du hade också en hel del val när det kom till restauranger längs gatorna! Du har också en kort distans bort till en Harry Potter butik och restaurang. Hotellet uppfyllde min och sambons önskemål: bekväm plats att sova på som var väldigt rent och frräscht!! Vi tog ett rum på ca 13 kvm2, men det räckte då vi var främst ute hela dagarna. :)

Hotellet har också möjlighet att erbjuda att du kan tvätta dina kläder och låna powerbanks (mot betalning), och du kan även låsa fast/in dina saker i lobbyn tills du kan få lov att checka in på hotellet. Incheckning är enkel, så länge du ej råkar göra mitt misstag att använda å,ä,ö: men personalen var hjälpsam och fick tur nog till så att jag och sambon kunde få vårt hotellrum trots knaset. :)

Good hotel for the price
Pros:

Clean, staff were very friendly when we interacted with them, efficient check in process, close to train stations

Cons:

Rooms were slightly smaller than expected but we were not in the room all day so this didn’t matter too much

Ten minute walk gets you to many transit points and hotel is great value
