Personal absolutamente amable y divino.
Pros:

La ubicación, el lugar, la vista de mi habitacion, la amabilidad de absolutamente todos los empleados. Pero todos. Ante todo esto último fue lo que más me gustó. Desde la recepción, los concierges, las camaristas muy lindas, los de los restaurantes. Todo me gustó.
El trato fué divino.

First of all this is the place to stay in Mexico 🇲🇽 City 🌆. Second the have a great 😌 lobby . Third the rooms are lovely 😊. Fourth they have nice 😊 looking 👀 swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool 🏊‍♂️. Fifth They have the best concierge 💁‍♂️ team in Mexico 🇲🇽 City 🏙️. Sixth the hotel 🏨 is in a great 😌 location. Lastly the people who work here are very nice.

Great experience, large and clean rooms, excellent food and service
Pros:

I had the pleasure to stay in the hotel from 26 January until 31 January 2026 for a business trip and can only highly recommend it. The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable, great breakfast buffet and restaurant and excellent service (e.g. the travel / pick-up service from and to the airport etc.). The hotel staff is very helpful, supportive and friendly, in particular I want to thank Gregorio and his team in the restaurant. I am looking forward to travel again in 2 years to Mexico and to stay in the Marquis Reforma Hotel.

Amazing stay and lovely restaurants
Pros:

We stayed at the Marquis Reforma for 5 nights. Great property, central location. Loved the turndown service. Had lunch/dinner at all the restaurants on the property - Santino, Las Canarios, and Heritage Bistro Bar. Really enjoyed the dinner at Heritage. The staff was great and very attentive. Especially Elias, Gustavo, and Joaquin. Will come back.
