Zag er prachtig uit. Warm zwenbad. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel.

Cons:

Geen lamp boven spiegel badkamer. Badkamer erg nat na douche en trekker om droog te maken werd gemist.

Everything was excellent,the staffs cleanliness,the location,the comfy bed, pillows.

Cons:

Limited choices of the ala card breakfast& the bathroom of deluxe room too small,the bathroom of suite room need to be upgraded to add shower screen otherwise it's takes risk of falling down due to wet & slippery floor after showering.

Had potential but needs so much work

Good location nice pool

Cons:

The property is pretty old, and not well maintained. Even booking a deluxe room the room was very small the shower flooded the bathroom and almost the bedroom and the breakfast was so bad we didn’t actually feel comfortable finishing all of it

Amazing hotel, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The most friendly staff in the world! Every member of staff I met could not be more helpful and accommodating to our needs. The pool is heated so was lovely to enjoy even on slightly cooler days. The room was regularly cleaned during our stay. The setting was lovely, garden areas well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant was amazing. Wide choice of food for breakfast including traditional Indonesian breakfasts along with cereals, croissants and fry up stuff.

Cons:

Wi-fi played up at times but based on its location it’s still good.

Cons:

There was very poor ventilation in the glamping. Our clothes were wet, towels didn’t dry through night. Very spicy food at the restaurant.

Fine location on a sunny day
Pros:

The atmosphere was good, well maintained. Heated pool.

Cons:

The floors were completely wet most of the time due to the inside a cooling and heat outside. The windows were completely wet and 1m from the window it was super wet.

The staff for some reason were fooling around the pool and pushed one staff member in that continued to swim like it was normal.

The Restaurant made a few mistakes with our meals, ingredients missing with 3 different dishes. It was somewhat frustrating.
