Excellent hotel; would stay again; best value i could find after much searching and comparing
Pros:

We actually stayed at this hotel for a week, three weeks earlier, and liked it so much we went back. There were beautiful flowers in the lobby, and the hallways had lovely natural light. The design was quite nice.

Cons:

An English menu in the dining room would've been appreciated, and also a listing of the daily specials (in English). This hotel is world-class in many ways, but if they hope to attract international guests, this could make a big difference. I struggled with my beginner's Spanish, but there were misunderstandings a few times, and a lot of frustration on our part. I'm not blaming the staff for that, but an English menu would've mad a big difference. Also, for breakfast we were aware there was a buffet for $225 pesos (which was lovely), but we had no idea if we could order a la carte or not, if we wanted a smaller breakfast.
The second room that we stayed in for just one night had a lot of noise coming through the bathroom vent. Could hear EVERYTHING, presumably from the room next door. First room was perfect.

Great location and hotel with good facilities and spacious rooms. Wifi is not great though.
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms, breakfast and great location with easy access to the metro bus.

Cons:

The wifi was really patchy and completely stopped working for an evening.
