Great area for walking, lots nearby
Pros:

Location is great. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar were great, staff there was also great.

Cons:

Room and bathroom were a little small.

Great hotel, friendly staff, killer location. Very friendly to US.
Pros:

Great hotel, close to Roma, Condesa and a lot of spots in a close walk. Great to have the 7/11 next door too. The bar onsite is great, very friendly staff too. Would go back 100%.

Cons:

Really wish it had a pool or some spa options but other than that I think it was a great hotel that exceeded my expectations. Would return and recommend to other American couples traveling.

Great option in Roma Norte
Pros:

Spacious room with good view of the city
Excellent location , very close to numerous cafes and restaurants. Also, the bus stop is across the road and the metro a 5 minute walk.
Felt like a very safe area, able to walk around at anytime of the day and the night without trouble.
Staff were helpful and professional
Check out is at 1pm which was a huge plus

Cons:

The property feels more like a 3 star hotel , rather than a 4 star one.
The room looked quite old and worn out, a refurbishment might help.
Compared to the other 3 star hotels in the area, this is not a good value for money option.

Great choice for a stay in CDMX
Pros:

Good location right by metro stop and a few minutes walk to the main bar/restaurant area in Roma. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The water pressure for the shower could have been stronger

Pros:

Staff were very friendly, accommodated our baby with a nice crib already all set up in the room when we arrived.
I would go back again, good size room and very clean
