Pros:

Wow what a secret find! Location , rooms, staff all outstanding ! Hotel is situated above Uniqlo and has there is an excellent floor with lively restaurants and so much choice !

Pros:

Great location, very quiet, easy to use facilities such as washer/dryer, great breakfast and views of sky tower and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay, looking forward to staying there again!
Pros:

Location was excellent, room was very clean and fresh, staff was wonderful. Amenities were awesome: from the free coffee machine (delicious) to the complimentary bath salts and face masks, skin products. Really great hotel!

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever.

Fun historic neighborhood to stay in.
Pros:

Great location in a historic neighborhood. Nice breakfast with omelettes cooked to order and a good variety of food. The complementary evening drinks and snacks in the dining room were nice. Fantastic view of the Skytree.

Cons:

Room was small and the bed was on the hard side although the bedding and pillows were lovely.

Free water dispenser and complementary alcohol and snacks

Cons:

Asakusa Express station is not the same as the normal station. Was quite a bit of a walk. Rooms were not design nicely. Big tables and headboard took up space so it felt cramped.
