Las vistas desde la terraza que está climatizada
We arrived early morning and were able to do an early check in which was amazing! Location is the perfect walking distance from town. The terrace area also has stunning views of the balloons in the morning!
The shower was a bit old but other than that the place was perfect
Unique and good views from the Family Room. The breakfast was nice and the staff/family were very cozy. They also helped us a lot on arranging airport pickups.
Like the neighbourhood, gets quiet during winter.
We stayed at Elysee Cave Hotel in Göreme as a group of five people. In our group we also had our very elderly grandparents — they are close to 80 years old. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly.
The receptionist, Nasir, greeted us in such a kind and friendly way. He showed us our rooms, took us to the viewing terrace, and explained everything about the hotel. He also showed us that there is Turkish tea available at any time — ready, hot, and very tasty. He is a very pleasant, young, and caring person, and we were truly touched by how warmly he welcomed us.
He even gave our elderly grandparents a comfortable room on the ground floor, so they wouldn’t have to walk up the stairs. This was very thoughtful and meant a lot to us.
The hotel itself is wonderful — cozy, warm, and built with great care. We sincerely thank the owners for creating such a beautiful place, and we especially thank Nasir for his excellent service.
Me fascinó el hotel, el desayuno todo, la ubicacion increible, nos hicieron un up grade que lo fue todo y ademas tuvimos quea agregar una noche porque el vuelo no salió el dia esperado, asi que mejor imposible.
Where do I start?
The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the town centre, but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded
The staff are brilliant - they are friendly and laid back and don’t fuss over you, but they are there if you need them.
Our room (Sultan) was great - very spacious with everything we needed.
The roof terraces, both inside and outside are truly wow, with gorgeous views (and good for watching the balloons)
The breakfast is varied and plentiful - with the added bonus of the great views (inside or outside). Turkish tea is available all day - what a nice touch.
Nothing. We loved everything.
Don’t come if you want 5 star luxury, or can’t manage stairs, but if you want a well priced, well run, personal hotel with loads of character, then this is for you.

Tudo! É um lugar aconchegante e tranquilo. Ficamos em um quarto caverna e a experiência foi ótima! O terraço da propriedade nos proporcionou uma vista deslumbrante para os balões. A equipe da recepção sempre foi muito atenciosa e respondiam rapidamente pelo WhatsApp. No dia do nosso checkout permitiram que ficássemos até as 18:00, pois nosso voo seria à noite, sem cobrar nenhum adicional.

Posizione perfetta nel centro di goreme, terrazza bellissima con vista sulla valle di goreme. Camere eleganti dotate di ogni comfort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzo super.
Inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una camera con un lucernario che faceva entrare troppa luce e un buco nella porta da cui entrava il freddo. Per fortuna ci hanno permesso di cambiare camera. Il caffè della colazione sapeva di thè, è stato segnalato ma non hanno risolto il problema.
Absolutely amazing staff Leyla. She was extremely helpful, gave advice and guided us for our sightseeing. The location is really good and it's really good value for money
