For guests arriving after midnight, please be informed that the hotel will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen).
Statements will be issued on the following day when payments are made after 22:30.

No pets are allowed on property premises, except for guide dogs, service dogs and/or hearing dogs.

DVD players, humidifiers and trouser presses are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
