Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, a pochi minuti a piedi sia dalla stazione che dal centro di Firenze. Personale accogliente e molto gentile e disponibile. Servizio deposito bagagli sia in check in che in check out.

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola, soprattutto il bagno, ma abbastanza confortevole, purtroppo mancavano un frigorifero e il bollitore che ormai si trovano quasi ovunque.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, en unos minutos andando y ya estás en el centro de Florencia. Además un gran gesto por parte del hotel que sin incluir desayuno, te dan café, zumo y bollería.

Cons:

La regulación de la temperatura del agua de la ducha, le costaba mucho calentar o enfriar.

Excellent location and clean and quiet
Pros:

excellent central location for all amenities
Reception team gave me a map and located nearest supermarket for me
There were free coffee tea and juices together with pastries and cakes located on first floor available from 6am to 10 am every day

Cons:

my room was on 5th floor so there were 90 steps tp climb every day
id only recommend if yo are fit or request room on first or second floor
