A touch of old-school grandeur.
Pros:

Helpful staff, nice big room, food in the two restaurants that we visited was very good, generally felt like a relaxing, comfortable and luxurious retreat. Enjoyed the pool too.

Cons:

The ski room is quite tight given the number of guests.

Super Service. Vom Frühstück bis zum Aufbettsevice passt alles. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach. Ich zahle lieber etwas mehr und muss mich im URLAUB nicht ärgern.

Das Design vom Zimmer, Aufenthaltsraum, Morgenbuffet, die Sauberkeit und der schöne SPA Bereich.

Comfortabele kamer, lokatie t.o.v. congrescentrum is goed.

Cons:

Na een nacht rijden geen medewerking voor vervroegde check in. Bewering van volledig volgeboekt bleek niet te kloppen, tijd tussen check out van 12:00 uur tot check in om 15:00 uur is dan wel erg lang als je om 7:30 al in Davos arriveert.

Tot in de kleinste en persoonlijke details verzorgd, in een woord fantastisch!
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel en alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd.
Bij aankomst heel leuk een persoonlijke wekomst kaart met een fruitschaal en macarons.
Elke avond een mini toblerone op mijn kussen.
Elke dag een nieuwe fles water.
Het zwembad was top, vooral 's ochtends vroeg lekker rustig.
De temperatuur op de kamer was perfect zonder herrie van airco of ventilatie systeem.
Door de dubbele deur was er geen geluid van de gang.
En het ontbijt was echt fantastisch.

Cons:

Het was een topervaring, daarom wil ik eigenlijk nergens over klagen maar het kussen was wel heel zacht waardoor je vrij plat komt te liggen. Ik hou meer van een iets steviger kussen. En als ik dan toch nog iets moet aanmerken vond ik het dekbed te kort voor mijn lengte (1m94).

Wir können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel ist wunderschön ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
