Были в отеле 5 дней в апреле. Отель новый, чистый, без запаха. Бронировали через Букинг и не посмотрели оказывается и взяли эконом номер. По приезду администратор Эдже ханым мне и моим друзьям апгрейд номеров сделала на делюкс номера совершенно бесплатно. Мы были очень довольны клиентоориентированностью. Через день у подружки был день рождения. Пока нас не было, сотрудники отеля подготовили прекрасный сюрприз именнинице - украсили номер розами, шарами, подготовили тортик со свечами и написали пожелание. Это ьыл прекрасный сюрприз. А завтрак у них очень вкусный, много выбора. Вид из окна ресторана и террасы великолепный. Море, чайки, колоритные дома. В общем все нам понравилось. Такжк хочется сказать, что отель находится близко к району Лалели. И мы от души там закупались😁 В отеле встретили нашу казахстанку Айша, которая там работает. Каждый день подходила к нам спрашивала как мы, нужна ли помощь. Очень приятно было. Огромная благодарность сотрудникам отеля ⚘️⚘️⚘️

From start to finish the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The reception staff surprised my son on his birthday with a lovely cake. The restaurant staff were always making sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast was good (especially the omlette that is cooked on the spot). The restaurant, situated on the top floor, has wonderful views. The rooms although not very big are impecable and are cleaned daily. They are also very well soundproofed and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area. There is also a small heated swimming pool + two saunas that made our stay even more fun. Plus the small courtesies such as bottles of water in the room, the free lemonade, tea or coffee in the lobby, and the list could go on. Thank you!

Pros:

Персонал очень внимательный, дружелюбный. Повысили бесплатно категорию номера. В мой день рождения в номере ждал сюрприз - торт со свечами, шарики, лепестки роз и сердечки на кровати, в двойне приятно. Хороший завтрак шведский стол, есть всё, выбор большой. Номера очень чистые, немного тесновато, но это не проблема. Хороший бесплатный спа, каждый день после долгих прогулок идеальное завершение, ходили в сауну и поплавать в бассейне. Хорошая локация, все достаточно близко в пешей доступности.

Огромная благодарность отелю и каждому сотруднику за радушный прием.

Fabulous 5 night stay with my teenage sons. The hotel location was perfect, clean, comfortable and friendly

Fabulous location, lots of lovely restaurants, coffee shops, gorgeous mosques and old city back streets to explore by the hotel. 20 minute walk to Sultanahmet, 5 min walk to the tram or metro that link up with the ferry terminals, Sultanahmet and Taksim.
Well sound proofed rooms and blackout curtains ensured good nights’ sleep, very clean with excellent daily house keeping, lovely warm pool and sauna and a particular highlight was the dining room with incredible rooftop views and a wide and daily changing selection of breakfast to set us up for each day.
Best of all the attentive, friendly and professional staff, we enjoyed meeting all of them as they made my stay with my 2 teenage sons so very welcoming. A special mention to Aysha who we had lovely chats to in English who helped us feel very comfortable.
We also loved the tasty biscuits and drinks constantly available in the lobby.
I’ve shared a couple of photos of the incredible roof top view.
