Everything was perfect.
Pros:

Stay was over all very good.
We enjoyed the Breakfast. It was delicious.
Room service was also good.
I will give 100% mark for cleanliness.
Staffs were very helpful and polite.
Among the staff Mr Sakir was friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I really appreciate his way of talk and all.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Staff was so kind.
I can not remember all staff names but Aisha and Shakir was so friendly with so much help and advices.

Comfortable say, good view, great location
Pros:

The room was modern and tasty decorated, very clean, and had a fantastic view of the city skyline.

Cons:

There is poor insulation between the rooms, making things quite noisy at night. I could hear everything in the rooms around me despite other guests being relatively quiet - it felt like they were in the room with me when they were walking around their own room.

POLECAM. Cudowny personel, zawsze pomocny. Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone, na tarasie z przepięknym widokiem. Wszelkie udogodnienia w hotelu. Lokalizacja doskonała, kilka minut od metra, 20-25 minut od głównych atrakcji.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien, on ne manquait de rien, que ce soit le dessert (les petits gâteaux etc), les fruits, les oeufs, le thé/café, le miel, tout ahah. un vrai Turkish breakfast, sans parler du service et de l'attention du personnel envers leur clients que j'ai adoré, mes salutations à Monsieur Serkan et sa collègue Kazak très souriante.

Pour l'emplacement, je le trouve très bien, c'est calme et vous avez le tram à 5/6 min de marches à pieds qui vous mènent directement vers Sainte Sophie, le Grand Bazar ou vers EminÖnÜ (vers tous les lieux touristiques en gros) ou bien vous avez également le métro pas loin non plus de l'hôtel qui facilite le trajet vers Taksim etc.

Et dernière chose au niveau de l'accueil et au niveau du service vous serez satisfait, petit clin d'oeil pour Monsieur Sakir de la réception très sympa et la dame vraiment gentille au niveau du Spa :)
