Magica esperienza sicuramente ritorneremo

Anche se solo una notte abbiamo avuto una magica esperienza, in reception personale formidabile la ragazza gentilissima, in più abbiamo avuto una upgrade per la junior suite.la zona benessere bellissima, poi la camomilla alla fine sera non mi avevano mai servita in quella maniera più che soddisfacente, la localizzazione per noi la prima volta a Torino fu ideale ci ha permesso di fare tantissime cose a piedi.

Un SPA incroyable

Nous avons adoré le spa également le déjeuner la literie était également très bonne je recommande cet hôtel

Je n'ai pas trouvé que la poussière était bien faite sur quasiment tous les meubles et je trouve ça dommage à 520 € la nuit (nous étions 3)

Un solo dettaglio mi ha lasciata perplessa. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo usato dei bicchieri e delle tazzine che erano a disposizione in camera. Al nostro rientro le tazzine sporche erano state sostituite, mentre i bicchieri no.
Ripeto, solo un dettaglio che ha suscitato perplessità, ma assolutamente non importante .

central location and walking distance to all attractions and central to all transport.
Breakfast was well organised and plenty of choices. Serving staff were well trained and very efficient. Level of communication in another language was excellent.
