Location, the room was equipped to a very good standard.

The room was uncomfortably warm and the climate controls did not work. We reported this to reception and the controls were reset but this didn’t change anything.

Everything was great. The breakfast offered a nice combination of different options. The location was excellent and easy to access. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Pros:

Loved breakfast. The gentleman in charge was rightly very proud of his area and we enjoyed the cakes! Superb scrambled egg and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you.

Cons:

I am sure I put 3 guests into Booking.com when I was searching but was told at the hotel we would need to pay an extra 50 euros for the 3rd person. Ultimately it was worth it so not a problem!

Slechte klantenservice
Cons:

Tijdens mijn verblijf werd de 6e verdieping met het dakterras gerenoveerd en was daarom afgesloten.
Toen ik aangaf dat ik hierover zeer teleurgrsteld was omdat ik juist vanwege het dakterras voor dit hotel has gekozen, kreeg ik alleen te horen dat de renovatie op de website vermeld stond en is er op geen enkele manier geprobeerd om dit grote ongemak te compenseren met een korting of een upgrade van de kamer.

Piacevole weekend
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend a Napoli e ci siamo trovati bene in questo hotel. Partendo dallo staf, sono stati tutti molto gentili, soprattutto il personale della colazione. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, completa di balcone che si affacciava sulla piazza e con vista sul Vesuvio. L’hotel dispone di un bar/ristorante (aperto anche ai non ospiti) al sesto e ultimo piano, da dove si può ammirare anche lì la vista della città e di una delle sue cartoline, appunto il Vesuvio. La colazione era abbondante e variegata, completa anche di torte fatte da loro.

Cons:

Nonostante la posizione centralissima, con mezzi pubblici, treni e a due passi dal centro storico, purtroppo c’è molto degrado attorno (so che non dipende dall’hotel, ma sfortunatamente viene colpito in parte anche esso). Nonostante ciò, in termini di sicurezza, siamo stati molto tranquilli.
