Great location, just a minute walk from Gay Village and located just off Portland street. The staff were incredible, they were really friendly and helpful and recommended places to visit. The room was great, it was big, clean and comfy. They provide room service which is easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and would return on future visits.

Helppo saavutettavuus esimerkiksi Oxford roadin asemalta, johon kulkee noin 20 minuutissa juna lentokentältä. Loistava sijainti kaikin puolin. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui vaivattomasti, matkatavarat oli mahdollista jättää säilytykseen ennen sisäänkirjautumista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja saimme pyynnöstä ylimääräisen peiton ja adapterin puhelimen lataamista varten. Aamupala riittävä ja hanavesi juomakelpoista. Huoneessa ilmalämpöpumppu, ja huoneen lämpötilaa sai nopeasti säädettyä lämpimälle patterin ansiosta.
Huoneessa ei ole erillistä minijääkaappia. Vaikka meillä oli ylin kerros niin katumelu kuului selvästi, muutoin hotelli oli todella rauhallinen.
I always stay at Townhouse when visiting Manchester because of Lorna Song. She’s always taken care of me very well. The customer service is elite. The cosy vibe of the hotel makes it feel homely. Always my number 1 choice.
I feel like I can have a good chat and catch up with staff which makes me feel more welcome rather than just another number.

Had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the room was very tidy with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was the highlight and Florinda was so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend

Arrived in Manchester for a girls theatre night break , unfortunately our pre booked accommodation was not suitable . We walked into the Town House and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man Jahmiah who very quickly calmed us and sorted us a very nice and comfortable room. Had a great nights sleep . Room was very clean everything you need for a good stay Breakfast was fab . All staff very friendly thank you Lorna and Florinda and Jahmiah we will be back
Big shout out to Florinda on breakfast this morning! Such a ray of sunshine — so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Her warm smile really made our morning. The sausages with the bloomer bread were delicious too! We’ll definitely be back. 😊
