Will not repeat this experience at this hotel again
Pros:

Guests are so nice

Cons:

1- bathroom was so old and not clean like shown in the pictures
2- bed sheets were used
3- bus timming to haram is random and when ask the reception about the bus, they say we don't know when it will come. I was using Taxi

Pros:

The smell in the foyers and room always cleaning and housekeeping always coming to check if everything is okay. Shuttle service available just need a little patience when waiting for a shuttle but no issues at all.

Pros:

Overall, my experience was mixed. The reception staff were very good and helpful, Room is ok, and the shuttle bus service was good also.

Cons:

However, the room service staff were very rude and unhelpful, and they didn’t assist with anything.

I understand that it was a busy time since I stayed during Eid, but that shouldn’t affect the way guests are treated. The rush is understandable, but it’s not the guest’s fault.

Kinda disappointed because I had to stay hungry and survive on fruits.
Pros:

Close to Haram

Cons:

Despite telling them my special needs. They didn’t cater me. I have celiac disease and eat gluten free food only. I was carrying my food and they didn’t let me heat it or arrange any oven.
