Aunque no es directamente responsabilidad del hotel, el sargazo es un grave problema, y eso que no estuve en la temporada alta. Sí como huéspedes pagamos un impuesto ambiental deberían hacer algo mas eficiente respecto al tema porque les afecta bastante.

La posizione ottima rispetto alla 5 Avenida, tuttavia proprio dalla mia camera la 114 si sentiva un continuo rumore di sottofondo proveniente dall' esterno...e purtroppo il mare ha eroso la spiaggia per cui ci sono scogli...ma il mare per tutti i 10 giorni del nostro soggiorno era impraticabile per via delle alghe, bruttissime ...l hotel faceva di tutto per pulirle ( inutilmente vista la quantità esagerata...la colazione buona ma non sapevamo che non ci fosse il buffet per cui si ordina una sola portata con caffè e succo...il personale del bar è sempre molto gentile

Nous avions la suite avec vue sur mer et c'était mieux que sur les photos, hôtel situé dans un quartier très animé qui donne l'impression de ne jamais dormir

Cons:

Il est précisé qu'il n'y a pas de parking mais il faut savoir que tous les stationnements aux alentours sont payant (dans la rue ou parking)

Parfait et bonne situation
Pros:

Bon accueil , Check in rapide + service navette aéroport parfait (À/R)

Emplacement idéale ( 50m ) au coeur de la 5eme avenue

Hôtel en bord de plage , avec transat / parasol gratuit ( pour ceux de l’hôtel) et surveillance accès

Restaurant : petit dej inclus = très bon et copieux // si en dehors des heures par exemple excursion tôt le matin, on peut demander une lunch box et c’était vraiment parfait ! Super service

Chambre propre avec 2 bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée et le nécessaire de toilette // chambre avec jacuzzi = parfait et superbe vu

Pas trop dérangé par la musique finalement suite aux commentaires précédents

Cons:

Prévoir carte restaurant et ne pas pouvoir du coup consommer sur la terrasse de la chambre avec la superbe vue . C’est dommage

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft – wirklich wunderschön. Das Frühstück à la carte war hervorragend, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr lecker. Auch das Abendessen hat uns gut geschmeckt (die Portion Pommes war für den Preis etwas klein, aber geschmacklich gut).
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Isaac aus dem Restaurant. Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr liebevoll im Umgang mit unseren Kindern. Da ich zu Beginn häufiger allein mit den beiden Kleinen am Tisch saß, hat er unseren Jüngsten übernommen, damit ich in Ruhe essen konnte. Das war für mich persönlich eine große Unterstützung.
Auch das Reinigungsteam war sehr freundlich, und unser Zimmer war stets sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Man hört deutlich Geräusche von Nachbarzimmern. Mit kleinen Kindern und Jetlag war das teilweise herausfordernd.
In unserer ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer im vorderen Bereich nahe der Bar, wo es bis weit nach Mitternacht sehr laut durch Musik war. Positiv war, dass wir problemlos das Zimmer wechseln konnten.
Ein Föhn im Zimmer hat gefehlt.

Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön. Allerdings war der gesamte Küstenabschnitt während unseres Aufenthalts stark von Braunalgen (Sargassum) betroffen. Es wird sichtbar viel gearbeitet – mit zahlreichen Mitarbeitenden und Maschinen wird täglich versucht, die Algen zu entfernen. Dennoch war das Meer dadurch für uns nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Das liegt natürlich nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels, ist aber für manche Gäste wichtig zu wissen.
