Pros:

We spent many days at the Pelicano Beach Club. Great location with everything you would need for the day.
Music was a really good mix of vibes. The food was also very good. And the drinks service offered by the team was fast and friendly.
Carolina was like a beam of sunshine every morning. Great fun from , Gabriel, Isaac ,Eduardo and Daniel. Gracias !

Nagyon jó volt!
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon finom, bőséges választék és bőséges adagok. A szálloda elegáns és hangulatos, szuper jó helyen van. A busz pályudvar gyalogtávolságban van, a buszok kíválóak!!!!

Cons:

Az ablak melletti ágy szörnyen recseg, a rács megérne egy alapos javítást.

Cheap beach front quiet hotel in the heart of Playa
Pros:

Rooms are pretty basic but have everything you need and clean. Perfect location to everything. Right in the center and walking distance to most places. Loved the beach front access and breakfast included with our stay. It is gated. Felt pretty safe and secure. Next to Zenni’s restaurant also beach front with great food!

Cons:

Staff was not as engaging or friendly. It can be pretty dark in the evening in the courtyard not very well lit and uneven ground can make it difficult to walk. You are not allowed to use towels from the rooms at the beach and they do not provide them. You’ll will have to purchase your own.

Sulla spiaggia, in centro ma davvero molto silenzioso consiglio:qualche appoggio o sedia in più in camera

Cons:

Molte scale, senza ascensore e con valigie e davvero faticoso arrivare al 3°piano. Non è per clienti con difficoltà motorie. La musica al bar durante la colazione dovrebbe essere più bassa e i camerieri più attenti a servire secondo l'ordine di arrivo.

La posizione sulla spiaggia è quasi sulla 5ta av. La colazione molto buona e anche i camerieri della colazione molto gentili. Gli ombrelloni e sdrai compresi per gli ospiti.

Cons:

La camera al primo piano senza ascensore, le luci del corridoio la sera che illumina dentro la camera perche una parte della porta è di vetro, e la luce che entra la mattina presto dalla finestra perché le tende sono troppo chiare. La camera era molto basica, non c'era nemmeno una copertina e le notti erano abbastanza fredde in questa stagione..
C'è stato un malinteso perché al check in ci hanno detto dove se poteva fumare e la mattina dopo ci hanno brontolato non molto gentilmente perché in quel posto non se poteva fumare...

Pros:

Location is fantastic. The hotel is centrally located, beachfront, but still quiet for sleeping. The room was huge and very clean, with A/C and a great balcony and hammock.

The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was not very hot.

La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la Quinta Avenida, a una distancia perfecta de los distintos puntos de atracciones, restaurantes, galerías de compras. Y lo mejor, frente al mar. La atención del personal, de gran calidez y amabilidad, principalmente en el restaurante, frente a la playa. Las camas muy cómodas. Me sentí segura en el hotel. El desayuno está limitado a las opciones que te brindan a la carta pero es variado en sus posibilidades. El café espectacular y libre. Las reposeras y sombrillas frente al mar cómodas y disponibles.

Cons:

Podría decir como algo a mejorar, un placard más cómodo y alguna mesita interior para apoyo en las habitaciones. Y en el baño, cambiar la ducha.

We had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the great location, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming, the location is excellent — right in the center and directly on the beach — and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms feel quite outdated.

The location is absolutely perfect – right on the beach with stunning sea views and just a short walk to 5th Avenue, restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a cozy, authentic atmosphere and feels much more personal than large resorts. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and waking up to the sound of the ocean was a real highlight.
The staff truly made the stay special. Carolina and Lino at the reception were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. At the restaurant, America, Eduardo, Isaac and others provided excellent service and made every breakfast and meal enjoyable. Everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about guests’ comfort. The beach club area was also very relaxing and convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay in Playa del Carmen, combining comfort, great service, and an unbeatable beachfront location. Will be back in two weeks.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing major to dislike. As the hotel is close to the center, there can be some noise during busy evenings, but it’s a small trade-off for such a great location.
