Buena estancia buena ubicación buen servicio, pero tienen mucho que mejorar

la primera noche fue muy mala porque la habitación estaba muy cerca de la puerta de acceso y había mucho ruido
Nos cambiaron de habitación y fue mejor. Sin embargo, el sistema que tienen las puertas que dividen la habitación con el baño es MUY MALO porque No hay privacidad y se escucha todo, y eso es pésimo

Buena ubicación, desayuno bufete, servicio del personal y gentileza, gimnasio equipado.

Cons:

Habitación con puerta del baño sobrepuesto, poca luz del baño, falta de mantenimiento a puertas del armario y mueble de cajoneras. Colchones demasiado suaves.

Habitaciones cómodas, la comida en restaurante muy bien.

No servía el teléfono de la habitación, es complejo entender la manera en que están las habitaciones (pares y nones), muy mal el valet parking, nos entregaron doble un boleto y nos cobraron doble a pesar de haber sido su error...

La alberca está en reparación y se escucha el ruido en las habitaciones.
