Horrendous!
Cons:

Clogged tub, broken microwave, broken bathroom door lock, no room cleaning but cleaning was available to permanent residents which makes no sense, parking is ridiculously overpriced, had to call for towels and bed linens because there wasn’t any upon arrival, had to call for toilet paper several times, tv in front room didn’t work.

It was still nice with a view
Pros:

Location is everything

Cons:

Things need to updates, knobs, bathroom things. It wasn’t hand soap or dish washing soap. Nor was it posted to bring. I’ve been to other places that have had it all. Phone didn’t work in the room. Had to go downstairs for everything.

Decent stay in a downtown hotel. Property is dirty and dated
Pros:

Good location, apartments are spacious. View is good with balcony.

Cons:

Very dirty hotel. No one cleans the lobby. They have so many people staying long term I think. Lot of young people partying. Seemed like they are on state assistance. Showers had no water pressure. No housekeeping unless you stay for 14 days. The parking at $55/day is unreasonable expensive.

Pros:

Die Suite war sehr groß, Waschmaschine & Trockner im Zimmer

Cons:

Nicht besonders sauber, Küche sehr verklebt. Boden nicht sauber. Die Lage ist schwierig:
Man hört durchgehend Sirenen, es ist immer sehr laut. In 1 Woche haben wir 2 große Verfolgungsjagden miterlebt - inkl Verhaftung am Hotelpool. Mit Kindern nicht unbedingt geeignet.

Comfortable, securisé, commerce de proximitê, très propre, piscine, jacuzzi, cinema, salle de sport ouverte 24h, appartement spacieux, machine à laver, seche linge , fer à repasser, large frigo., four, microwave, lave vaisselle, service d entretien, .Bref nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la ville sans exploser notre budget.
Magnifique vue de la ville depuis l appartement situé au 16 ème étage

Love the vibe and look of the rooms with incredible views

Cons:

The floors were filthy! The carpet was the dirtiest I have ever encountered and we alerted the staff several times and it was not vacuumed. Very strange truly.

Filth and poor customer service - a shame for a hotel with potential

A spacious apartment, well furnished, with all necessary household appliances. A spacious parking spot.

Cons:

Dirty, dusty commonwealth areas and corridors, as well as the elevator. The staff was constantly absent. For the few days I've stayed here only once have I seen pool towels. The poolside sunbeds and other furniture was dirty and smelly. During our stay the hotel decided to rent the pool area and basketball court to someone else, and we weren't informed we could use the pool in a different location. I've informed the object about my dissatisfaction through booking.com, but they answered me after 48h. To me, that's unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Except the manager, who tried to deescalate the situation, all the employees were rude, unprofessional and simply unhelpful. Never again.
