Soggiornare nel cuore di Ginza nel confort
Pros:

Hotel locato in ottima posizione, struttura nuova e accogliente, camera confortevole e pulita, personale di staff molto professionale e disponibile.

Cons:

prima colazione non al top; mancanza di armadi e cassettiere, ma è una caratteristica di Tokyo.

Lovely hotel with bright lobby in beautiful Ginza
Pros:

Lobby was comfortable and bright and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the public bath was great. The entire hotel was impeccably clean and the decor was modern and tasteful. Enjoyed the variety of foods for breakfast.

Cons:

The set up of the room was poor. Although alot of hotel rooms in Tokyo are smaller, this one was poorly designed and failed to maximize the little storage space there was, with no shelving over the "closet" rod, no shelving or drawers anywhere in the closet, no hooks except two for the towels in the bathroom. In one of our rooms, the bathroom didn't even have a mirror (although it had one in the hallway).

Overall experience with the hotel is good, especially the location and the new facilities.
Pros:

The location is v good, only a few minutes walk to Ginza metro station and the main shopping streets. The room size is small but that is still ok as compared to others. The bathroom is of reasonable size and the shower facilities are good. Bed is also comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk offers minimal service. I asked them to book a restaurant for me but they refused to do it.

Nice hotel in convenient location but compact rooms and no amenities.
Pros:

Pretty, convenient location, washer dryer on floor also convenient.

Cons:

Not being able to bring outside food to the lobby area. Rooms are smaller than described or at least poorly distributed, no wardrobe.
