The property itself was OK. My only issue is that the lights did not work on one side of the room. The side of the TV was on did not work. I called several times and I was told that this is how all the rooms are and they will send someone to fix it. At 11:30 at night I had someone tried to come into my room to fix an extension cord. That was unacceptable to me.

Cons:

Half of the room had no light and no television. It was very rainy outside so not having a TV just to pass some of that time by was very inconvenient.

I was going to bury my brother so the room was acceptable except heat/cool was extremely loud!!!

Cons:

I booked this hotel because the website advertised a restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant was not open and all there was for breakfast was a continental spread. The website should not advertise a restaurant if there isn’t any.

clean, comfortable, friendly. over all one of my favorites so far. would 100% book again
Pros:

the free breakfast was very basic.. cereal, bread, toaster. they do have a restaurant on site serving breakfast and dinner. we did not try the restaurant. peeking into it, it did look nice. located right off the lobby.

Cons:

everything was wonderful. my only complaint would be the bathroom. the sink and bathtub had great pressure but just didn't drain and you had to wait at least 30 mins for the next person to be able to shower. I did let the front desk know and they said they would let maintenance know.
