Rooms weren’t cleaned
This makes the second time that our family has stayed at the resort. Everything and everybody were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed.
Excellent location. Air conditioning was fantastic in the rooms. Elevator was very spacious for families.
Wish they had bigger rooms for larger families.
We loved everything here . The employees were so friendly and informative. The food was delicious wasn't expensive either. Love that they have so much going on for the kids to do. They have activities all day something for everyone. We will definitely be staying here from now own.

The only thing we really didn’t like was there was not anywhere to put your toiletries in the shower no shelves we had to buy a small caddy at Walmart

Positive and upbeat environment!
Throughout the years of coming to this location you can tell it has gradually gone down hill. When checking in we had to be switched to a different room due to numerous bugs in the floor of the room. The staff was extremely nice when brought to their attention but you could easily tell the room had not been spot checked prior to assignment.
The rooms had continuously been dirty (dirt on floors, shower glass dirty, etc.) which is disappointing because it has always been enjoyable to visit Camp Margaritaville. Hoping management can get a better handle and improvements can be made.
Everything was great except for being woken up by the trash man every day.
