La qualité attendue et obtenue depuis une bonne quinzaine d'années, mais des détails à améliorer.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour moi, mon bureau est dans l'immeuble d'à côté. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. La vibe est bonne.

Cons:

Des détails: la température de l'eau est difficile à régler; les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables; le choix de cafés et de thés et la quantité d'eau potable disponible; le choix du room service; des choses qui manquent au petit-déjeuner... Toute une série de choses qui ne sont pas mauvaises, mais pourraient être mieux.

The staff is wonderful as always

Cons:

I always stay here as it close to the area I visit for work, it's usually better kept, small things threw off the quality this time, but i gave the feedback to reception am sure they'll fix it!

Great location
Pros:

Location is excellent. Friendly staff and funky rooms.

Cons:

No pool to swim, you have to pay AED 99 to enter a "club". If you just want to cool off why do you have to pay for facilities???
