Pros:

Hôtel remarquable à tous points de vue 👍🤩!!! Accueil chaleureux et attentif, situation fabuleuse, très belles chambres, jacuzzi et piscine exceptionnelles, garage spacieux et bornes de recharge, petits-déjeuners gourmands avec possibilité d’avoir des Œufs 🍳 sur mesure et parfaitement cuits!
Bref un régal absolu de À à Z.

Wellness excelente
Pros:

Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y las instalaciones gebiales: gimnasio con buenas máquinas, el spa muy completo y muy cuidado con mucha baristas de saunas.

Schönes Haus mit Tradition am Thuner See mit kleinem Service Upside Potential
Pros:

Schönes und altehrwürdiges Haus mit Tradition und schöner Aussicht, insbesondere von der Bar und der Dachterrasse. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Nespressomaschine.

Cons:

Frühstück war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich, es fehlten frische Säfte! Bei der Serviceorientierung kann das Personal insgesamt noch etwas zulegen, so wurde die Bitte nach einem Bügeleisen an der Rezeption etwas rüde abgelehnt, in anderen Hotels auf unserer CH-Rundreise waren Bügelbrett/Eisen fester Bestandteil der Zimmerausstattung!

Pros:

Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. The spa is fantastic and offers a variety of well kept facilities (steam rooms and saunas, indoor and outdoor pools etc). There are two restaurants, both with a great view over the lake. The staff is amazing, so friendly and accommodating. It is only a short walk from the train station and boat station allowing easy excursions within the region.

Cons:

Nothing! Loved it and would come back. (The only thing that was a bit challenging was the wait time for food at both restaurants due to us having a small child with us but the food and service was great)

Erholsame Auszeit bei formidablem Essen
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Küche - von dem Angebot für Hotelgäste betr. Abendessen rate ich unbedingt zu profitieren. Ich habe selten so günstig so hervorragend gegessen! Sehr erholsam auch das Spa mit dem traumhaften Ausblick über See und Berge!

Sehr gepflegt, schöne Bar und Lobby

Cons:

Bett war sehr unbequem und Matratze durchgelegen. Zudem Schimmel in der Dusche und Staub am Boden nach Room Service. Für chf 300 pro Nacht sollte da mehr drin sein.
