Upon our arrival at The Royal Lancaster, our whole experience started with a warm welcome from the concierge through to Mia Wong who was our Guest Relations Executive.
Nothing was too much trouble and throughout our stay we were greeted with kindness and catered for, beyond our expectations.
The Royal Lancaster is of a very high standard as was our incredible meals in the restaurants situated in the hotel.
We will visit The Royal Lancaster again as it made such a positive impression and a very long lasting memorable event that we will remember for a very long time.
Thank you to ALL the staff.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, although due to circumstances why were in London it was a fleeting visit, the rooms are immaculate, the bedding was pure white and the beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and the white company toiletries were a treat, they smelt so lovely, on to the rest of the hotel , there is not an area of this hotel I could criticise, from the doorman , the receptionist the bar staff and the concierge, everyone was really helpful.
We ate in the Italian restaurant and the food was very tasty and the area relaxing, I would not hesitate using this hotel again.
Just a quick note , car parking is limited and I could not gain access from the car park through the rear door, ended up have to walk down the ramp in the pouring rain, but I’m sure this is not normally the case.
We felt welcome at the hotel from the very first moment. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly special. A very special thank you to Rachel Cabirol for her kindness and professionalism.
Our room was absolutely beautiful, and we were extremely happy with every detail. We also deeply appreciated the thoughtful gesture for our son’s birthday — the cake and balloons were such a wonderful surprise, and he was absolutely delighted.
The location was excellent, right next to Hyde Park, which made it perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a great selection and high quality.
Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally kind, which made our experience even more memorable.
We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with convenient transport. It’s only a 2–3 minute walk to Lancaster Gate Station on the Central Line, and less than 10 minutes on foot to Paddington Station.
Overall, the hotel is very clean. The room has a comfortable desk and a small sofa. I especially love the large glass windows, which offer a view of Hyde Park.
1. The room lacks space for luggage. Especially for international travelers like us, who usually have two suitcases, there is no proper place to put them. We had to open them on the carpet in front of the TV, which made the hallway very narrow.
2. I stayed in a double room, but the bathroom did not have a separate shower; instead, it had a small bathtub with only half a glass screen for water protection. Taking a shower felt a bit cramped.
3. On the second day after checking in, we returned after a full day of sightseeing, only to find housekeeping staff opening the door to clean our room at around 8 pm. Exhausted from the trip, we had to wait for them to finish, which should have been done during the day. After I complained at the front desk, a manager named Maggie came to my room to apologize and later brought fruit and salad. For the rest of our stay, the room was always clean when we came back.
