die Lage, Balkon am Zimmer, einfacher Zugang zu den Zimmern, keine knallenden Türen

Cons:

Keine Flexibilität beim Check-In, ich bin gegen 13:00 Uhr angekommen und musste wirklich bis 15:00 Uhr warten. In jedem anderen Hotel schauen die Mitarbeitenden ob es ggfls. eine freie Option gibt.
Hier waren die Mitarbeiterinnen nicht bemüht - evtl. ist das aber auch die Vorgabe, da ein früherer Check-In mit 15,00 wohl möglich ist. Das empfinde ich sehr Kundenunfreundlich.
Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiterinnen eher neutral/gezwungen freundlich als herzlich.

Ein funktionales, ordentliches Hotel ohne Firlefanz - Preis-Leistung top
Pros:

Ein hübsches, praktisches kleines Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht sowie eine Mini-Küche mit Wasserkocher, eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine (wers mag) und Retro-Radiowecker, Föhn. Frische saubere Bettwäsche. Tolle Plakate von Ausstellungen im Treppenhaus, im Zimmer ein Kunstdruck und im Bad ein fröhlicher Duschvorhang. Ein funktionales Hotel ohne Firlefanz. Der Aufzug funktioniert gut. Preis-Leistung und Lage nähe Mühlburger Tor sowie ZKM top. Edeka fast nebenan.

Aardige vrouw bij de receptie.
Rustig, ondanks dat het een drukkere stad is.
Prima bed met meerdere kussens om het comfortabeler te maken. Zelfs een klein balkonnetje wat volgens mij niet in de omschrijving stond.

Eenvoudige hotelkamer met als groot voordeel dat je zelf wat eenvoudigs kunt koken..
Er was genoeg voor 1 persoon om te koken (eenpersoonskamer), niet meer, wat voor mij ook niet nodig was, maar waarbij ik het tof vind dat er dus wel een snijmesje, schilmes, pannen en koekenpan, zeef, bestek, theedoek, afwasmiddel, etc aanwezig is.
Ik zit weleens op een plek met een echte keuken en vrijwel altijd mist er iets van de bovenstaande basisbenodigdheden. Dus dat is top wat mij betreft.

Cons:

Volgens mij had ik op de foto's een comfortabele stoel gezien. Die miste ik. Verder prima.

Замечательные апартаменты на 2 этажа, уютно и чисто. Уборка каждый день, вкусные завтраки.
Рекомендую, в следующий раз обязательно остановимся здесь опять.

Cons:

Не было пакетиков чая, а после дороги очень хотелось просто чая.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war alt und muffig.
Wenn man zur Tür rein kommt riecht man abgesehen von dem alten Mief, alten abgestandenen Zigarettenrauch.
Die Matratze war komplett durchgelegen und ich will gar nicht wissen wieviele Tierchen mit mir da drin gelegen sind.
Die Einrichtung und die Bausubstanz sind komplett veraltet und am auseinander fallen.
Tv hat es zwar, aber es ging nur der ZDF.
Ringhörig bis zum geht nicht mehr.
Das Hotel steht in absolut keinem Preis-Leisungverhältnis!
