Cons:

Somos clientes habituales del hotel. Este año, decidimos reservar una suite junior para nuestro aniversario. Cual es nuestra sorpresa, de que la suite junior está bastante peor equipada (exceptuando el tamaño) que las habitaciones dobles normales.
Una suite junior con plato ducha en vez de bañera, con una mampara insuficiente que hace que todo el baño se moje. Y lo peor de todo, es que el inodoro tenía fuga, con lo cual olía bastante mal en toda la habitación. Al notificarlo en recepción, la solución es mandar a la limpiadora con una fregona a limpiar, pero el olor seguía dentro de toda la habitación...

Séjour agréable mais pas exceptionnel dans cet établissement
Pros:

L'hôtel est propre et dispose de services appréciables : accès gratuit au spa, à la piscine, prêt de vélos, activités.

Cons:

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, la climatisation est des plus bruyantes. Quant au buffet, il est bon mais manque cruellement de variétés... Enfin l'établissement est bien situé dans la ville de Monte Gordo. D'autres villes du Algarve apparaissent toutefois bien plus attrayantes.

Cons:

La única pega por nuestra parte es que el horario para poder acceder con los niños a la piscina es sólo durante la mañana, por supuesto entendemos que los huéspedes que no van con niños necesitan tranquilidad.

La habitación muy grande y cómoda. Bañera con jacuzzi.
Y el desayuno estubo bien

Cons:

No me gustó para nada la cena, el buffet era muy muy básico y para nada calidad de un cuatro estrellas.
Por lo visto puedes pedir a la carta, se te asignan unos 25€ por comensal para pedir el plato que quieras o pagar la diferencia si es más caro.
Nadie nos comentó nada al respecto, y sólo veiamos pasar platos a la carta.. Hasta que preguntamos y una segunda camarera nos lo aclaró.

Por otro lado el hotel no tiene ni salones, ni animación ni nada que se le parezca.
