la situation géographique : idéale pour visiter le lac majeure, le lac de come, milan

Le jacuzzi qui est très bien, l'emplacement.

Cons:

Je sais que les lits dans les hôtels sont souvent des twins mais c'est bien dommage quand on passe deux nuits et qu'on est en couple on sent la fissure au milieux. Et l'on ne dort pas forcément comfortablement c'est dommage.

Pros:

Devo fare i complimenti allo staff della colazione, perché a differenza dello staff dell'albergo sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili, cosa non scontata. Colazione davvero buona, da variare un pò , ma il pezzo forte le crepes e i waffle caldi fatti sul momento.

Cons:

Cercherò di essere il più oggettivo possibile: penso che il problema maggiore della struttura sia lo Staff estremamente "poco cortese". Arrivati in struttura, alla reception discutevano con il cliente prima di noi, toccato a noi , diciamo che la persona dello staff stava "sbollendo su di noI". Capisco benissimo, però io non sono lo stesso cliente.

In generale lo staff è sempre stato poco amichevole: dall'albergo alla spa, quasi come "fare una domanda fosse un problema" e onestamente ci ha fatto sentire a disagio.

Alcune note:
- Bella l'idea di mettere dei "ricaricatori d'acqua" così da non fare sprechi. Unica nota, le bottiglie che ci date da usare "non entrano" li dentro. Certo riesci a ricaricare, ma con molto spreco a volte.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities. Breakfast good, rooms clean. Frederica on reception is one of the most helpful and welcoming I have seen - nothing was a problem and all with a smile, a credit to this hotel. My review for her is an easy 10 /10

Cons:

I have stayed at many Best Western hotels in UK , Germany and France. In this one case there was an issue with the last minute booking on booking .com. There are so many room options with Spa included, or breakfast. I wanted one room (for 2 adults , 1 child) with spa options for 2 adults in one of the rooms. Got 2 rooms and only allowed spa option for 1 person in a double bed room? Yes a mistake and as lastminute.com could not change on app.
The main issue here was that " the customer is right" is in this case here the "customer is wrong " with no understanding shown by manager. (This has been written on a few other reviews for this hotel) If any mistakes you pay in full, no flexibility, no support, nothing. Be careful to check exact options - nothing else is tolerated. I love Best Western but would never use this one again as it seems to operate in a "different spirit" completely. Made no sense to me as an approach for customer service
