可以接受快递 checkin的时候还可以直接帮你把快递和行李放到房间里 这在之前住过的酒店都没体验过 环境和地理位置也是超棒 下次来札幌还可以继续住

佇まいとスパが大好きです。相変わらず満足度はキープされてました。

Cons:

以前の様なサービスが減った気がしますね。例えば部屋のアメニティが無くなったり、スパ内の利用が制限されたり…。
時期が春休み中とあって、家族連れが多く、マナーの悪さが目立ちました。

雖然是老飯店，本館的房間看起來相對有年代感，但硬體有更新到讓人滿意的程度，吹風機和熱水壺都很好，房間和浴室也很寬敞，每天也有好好整理房間更換備品，連續住了十天覺得很滿意👍

Cons:

有一罐旅行用的乳液放在床頭櫃被清潔人員不小心丟掉了，導致旅程後面沒乳液可以使用

A fantastic stay with great service and a perfect location in Sapporo.
Pros:

The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The staff were professional, helpful, and provided great service. Additionally, the facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
