Great location, would stay again
Pros:

Well located, we could walk to Sapporo station with a child and elderly relative, although the underground access was a block away.

Loved the onsen, the convenience store downstairs was useful.

Cons:

Not enough washing machines/dryers for the number of rooms available

Comfort to the Max
Pros:

We had a premier suite and the comfort of a big TV in both the bedroom and the lounge room plus a wonderful bathtub and exceptionally comfortable beds was what we enjoyed the most. We also loved the security factor of our level that needed a key card to open doors to the hallway leading to our room. This hotel was in close walking distance to the TV Tower and the old beer brewery shopping Centre even when it snowed.

Cons:

For our premier suite we should have been able to get more than two bottles of water per day and more than two capsules of coffee per day for the amount that was paid per night. We also did not like the smell of cigarette smoke so close to the foyer of elevator entry and exit on the breakfast level floor.

何もトラブルに合わず、無事に旅行ができた
Pros:

スタッフがとても丁寧で、今まで利用したホテルの中で1、2を数えるくらい良かったです。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、スパのラウンジの案内がわかりにくかった。ハッピー何とかでアルコールが貰えるのが、時間を知らず貰えなかったのが残念だった

地點方便，去哪裏都不遠.
Pros:

這次住的是南館，裝潢比較新和乾淨.
整體來說是滿意的，早餐也蠻好吃.
飯店一樓內轉角就是便利商店，很方便.

Cons:

住南館泡湯不能穿浴衣直去，因為會穿過本館.
