Lage sehr ruhig - etwas weg vom Zentrum

Cons:

In der Realität entspricht das Hotel definitiv nicht mehr der Qualität wie auf den Bildern. Hatte 3 Zimmer in allen Kategorien gebucht. Wände bröckeln ab, Warmwasser - wenn überhaupt - nach 10-15 Minuten erst warm. Kein Kühlschrank (2 von 3 Zimmern), bei vorhandenem Kühlschrank keine Getränke - Preisliste jedoch vorhanden. Safe erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen Schlüssel erhalten. Betten zT mit uralten durchgehangenen Matratzen. Staff an Rezeption freundlich aber nicht kompetent.

Pros:

Sehr geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer (Kühlschrank, Kettle) - ein stilvolles gestaltetes Bad mit Granitbadewanne. Es gibt einen täglichen Zimmerservice. Das Frühstück im hauseigenen Restaurant ist vielfältig und wirklich üppig. Nach einem heißen AngkorWat Tag kann man wunderbar in und am Pool entspannen. Das junge Personal (insbesondere an der Rezeption) darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Petit hôtel zen, très confortable et au calme avec un personnel adorable.

Cons:

Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours il faut penser à le demander. Mais c’est vraiment un détail.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable. The pool was great for a dip at the end of a day of tours. The food at the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. They helped us book tours and airport transfers at great prices. We highly recommend them!!!

前台特别好。就是早餐上菜有些慢。

服务很好。环境也不错

Cons:

房间地面有些灰。可能是因为周边的泥土路。隔音不是很好。隔壁的公鸡经常叫。凌晨3点左右就开始。一个小时叫一次。

Personnel très sympa. Chambre agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Les espaces communs sont un peu étroit et il y avait un coq qui chantait tous les matins à 5h.

Pensé que quedaba mas cerca del centro, pero no te puedes ir caminando, si o si debes pedir un tuk tuk y en 10 minutos estás en el centro
