Nice location decent price
It has bedbugs previous guests checked out because of the bedbugs.
The property had gone into receivership. Arrived to find it closed completely with notifications in the windows. No information had been forwarded to me about this
I didn’t like it was In receivership unannounced. The security were friendly and gave us information
Im Preis inbegriffen war nur kontinentales Frühstück. Full english breakfast nur gegen Aufpreis.
Alles ziemlich abgewohnt, keine 4 Sterne wert. Die Brandschutzanlafe war komplett ausgefallen, sodass das Gebäude geräumt wurde. Die Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter war mangelhaft.

petit-dejeuner simple mais correct. certains endroits (chambres, salle de bains) mériteraient quelques travaux de rafraichissement
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, the young man on the reception when we arrived had changed our room to a shower not over a bath as my friend and i have mobility issues, we were also on the 2nd floor and not lower ground as the lift didn't go down and we would've had to use the stairs. All the staff were encountered were polite, the room was spotless and was cleaned daily with clean towels when we had used them. It had everything we needed but also had more than we expected. Loved our stay at The Colonnade Hotel! ❤️❤️

Przeciekający sufit w pokoju nr.34, czajnik cały w kamieniu strach zrobić herbatę lub kawę, grzejniki nie działają, ciśnienie wody bardzo, bardzo słabe.
Brak kontaktu z menadżerem w sprawie przeciekającego sufitu, recepcja coś chciała zrobić lecz jedynie co to dostałem wizytówkę z mailem i żebym napisał, po czym mija 5 dzień i brak kontaktu.
Śniadanie bardzo ale to bardzo ubogie, bułki odgrzewane aż przegrzane nie idzie ich rozciąć na pół, bo robi się „bułka tarta” cała się sypie. Nie polecam tragedia
Localização e a cama apesar de ser pequena era confortavel.
Supostamente deveria ser um hotel de 4 estrelas mas na realidade é um hotel de 2/3. Nao faz juz a um hotel de 4 estrelas em nada. Pequeno almoco muito fraquinho, isolaçao 0. Para o quarto estar quente meteram la um aquecedor a rodas pois o ar condicionado nao funciona e entra imenso frio pelas janelas.

Posizione strategica in un quartiere sereno e sopratutto con la metro a vista d'occhio! Stanze molto comode e pulite, personale gentilissimo! È la seconda volta che vado ( la prima 3 mesi fa ) e ci tornerò volentieri.

We waren s middags langs geweest om bagage af te zetten en omdat we dan 's avonds pas laat terug waren was onze kamer doorgegeven en wij hadden echt een kleine kamer met kleine badkamer trapjes op en de kraan bleef lopen wat zij wisten. Na reclamatie hebben we een correcte kamer gekregen. Het ontbijt was ook sober en teweinig personeel.
