Where do I begin?! Friendly and helpful staff. Incredible service and food (bfast, brunch - the salmon, wow!!). Yoga mat in the closet! Glasses bedside and drinkable tap water! The shower was to die for. Plants everywhere, even in my room! Swoon. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you for an incredible stay that was too short. JayJay helped me to the car, and the front desk staff (David, I think?) could not have been kinder! The concierge even got us a private room at Pai Thai (highly recommend!) on short notice!
The 1 Hotel Toronto is a very popular luxury destination, and it is certainly worth the hype.
The biophilic design is beautiful and calming throughout the public areas and guest rooms. While my corner room was small, it was well-appointed and featured high-quality finishes. The bathroom was particularly relaxing, offering one of the best hotel showers I have ever experienced. Additionally, the amenities, towels, and bedding were all of excellent quality.
The customer service really stood out during this visit. All staff members were engaged and passionate, consistently going above and beyond. Aaron, the front desk manager, was particularly helpful and kind, anticipating my needs and ensuring my stay was as flawless as possible.
Overall, my stay at the 1 Hotel Toronto was one of the best luxury experiences I have had in a while, even rivaling the Hazelton and Four Seasons.
1 Hotel Toronto was one of the most pleasurable stays I’ve had at any hotel in my life! The hospitality and warmth of the team from the smiling doormen, to professional drivers , knowledgeable concierge, rockstar receptionists, and so many amazing support staff was next level! The staff made my stay feel just like home & I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quality stay in a fun and well located unique hotel.
A phenomenal stay at the 1 Hotel in Toronto. The location is fantastic, even in subzero weather conditions you can walk to an assortment of trendy restaurants and shops. The rooms are delightful. Large, bright and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, but with an eye on the environment, which is deeply appreciated in the hotel space. The bed was fantastic and all the nice extra touches - sweatshirt slippers, hooded robes, tea, throws and extra pillows- were appreciated. But what made it truly enjoyable was the attentive friendly staff from the Bellman to the concierge to the fabulous bartenders and waitstaff. They do a great job hiring their staff who all seem comfortable and friendly with one another as well. They were a true joy to interact with. Overall, I’d say it was a perfect 10 stay. Congratulations to not only having a beautiful, luxurious space, but an amazing group of employees who seemed genuinely happy to be there. No doubt I’ll be staying here again on my next visit.

Everything. Staff so amazing. Rooftop bar a great addition.
The ladies who check you into roof top bar let the overall incredible experience down a bit. They weren’t really helpful or attentive like rest of staff in main hotel.
Restaurant was good, swimming pool and deck area was great. Staff was friendly. And location was great.
No way to properly park in front of the hotel, valet service was missing anyone when we arrived. No concierge to help with our bags when we first arrived. We had to bring the bags and stroller in ourselves. The amenities shouldve been better explained when we arrived. For the price, it didn't feel like a 5 star experience. Probably around 3-4 star.

A bit overpriced, it was close to 1k a night and no parking or continental breakfast was included (some five star hotels include this)
This is an exceptional central Toronto Hotel with a beautiful decor and wonderful staff. Would highly recommend. Rooms were very well laid out and comfortably stocked.
The room was really amazing, staff was always helpful when I asked questions. They were also extremely friendly and welcoming, it was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was incredible, mood lighting, staff and decorations were divine. One problem was the actual room itself, the windows condensation would gather overnight into puddles on the floor which caused my bag to get wet. Other than that, the room and room service/cleaning was lovely.
