Man hat extremen Druck gemacht als wir von dem einen Zimmer innerhalb dieser Unterkunft in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen wollten! Sehr unangenehm und ein Angestellter ist sogar ohne zu klopfen oder Ähnliches unangekündigt in unser Apartment gekommen! Absolutes No Go!!!! Zum Glück war meine Frau in dem Moment nicht nackt aus der Dusche getreten. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um, erst recht nicht, wenn sie darauf warten, dass das weitaus teurere Apartment für Sie bereit gemacht wird!

Penthouse hin oder her – für Besucher, insbesondere Familien mit Kindern, nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage war für unsere Anforderungen gut.
Kaffee und Tee waren vorhanden und gut.
Die Duschen sind bodengleich und haben uns auch gefallen. Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, aber Aussicht sah schön aus.

Cons:

Was gar nicht geht: Der sehr schwere Couchtisch aus Glas ist umgekippt und auf den Fuß unseres 6-jährigen Sohnes gefallen.
Das Glastisch war so schwer, dass wir ihn selbst zu zweit nicht anheben konnten – ein ernsthaftes Sicherheitsrisiko, besonders für Kinder.
Das Bett war sehr unbequem (keine richtige Matratze, nur Aufsatz).
Die Möbel sind nicht hochwertig, wackelig und machen Geräusche.
Netflix war trotz Angabe nicht verfügbar.

Excellent spot. Would book again and recommend to others, especially if several of you want to stay in one apartment as

Great apartment (Junior Penthouse), well appointed, spacious, comfortable, lovely views.

Cons:

Had problems with digital keys on two occasions which was frustrating (couldn't access gym on one occasion) and had to wait for key system to reset after server error on another. Luckily was in the apartment not outside.
