Adequate for a one night stay close to the DOMESTIC terminal.
Pros:

First of all this is NOT within walking distance of the INTERNATIONAL terminal. It is a short 5 minute walk from the DOMESTIC terminal.
I found out I needed a taxi from the International terminal, so if you are coming from the domestic terminal it is a better deal and just a short walk. You could take the international shuttle bus to the domestic terminal if you didn't want to spend money on a taxi, but that is time consuming and a lot of walking. Using this location from the domestic terminal is a good choice if you just need the basics for a one night stay on a domestic flight. Offered some amenities for free like skin care and eye masks.

Cons:

Having to take a taxi from the international terminal. A lot of noise in the outside and from other rooms. The heater made a LOT of noise too. The bathroom is like the kind if you go glamping. Not a lot of room or comfort. Very basic. The price of this room in my opinion as a world traveler was way out of line with the facilities and room comfort. If the price was lower and in line, I would give it a higher rating for a basic one night stay.

素晴らしいホテルでした
Pros:

チェックイン、アウトが無人なので気まずさが全くありませんし、操作も簡単でした。アメニティの幅も広く、とてもよかったです。お部屋もきれいだし、キッチン等が備え付けられているので自炊もできると思います。

Pros:

Extremely clean, very comfortable, had everything I needed. A few minutes walk (4min for me) to the domestic terminal, where you can get a free shuttle to the international terminal (that takes 5min).
Prefect location for early flights, quiet and comfortable.

Très pratique à proximité de l'aéroport
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à côté de l'aéroport. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Le checkin et le checkout se font en autonomie mais tout est très simple, c'était très pratique.

福岡空港に徒歩5分で行けるのが良かった。
福岡空港はAM6:00から営業しているので、身支度をしてすぐに空港に行けたのが良かったです。

特にないです。時期にもよるとは思いますが、もう少し宿泊料金が安価だといいなと思います。

공항에서 가깝고 저렴한 숙소
Pros:

공항에서 걸어 갈 수 있을 정도로 가까웠습니다.
입구에 배치된 차, 커피, 세면 용품이 좋았습니다.

Cons:

난방시설이 아쉬웠습니다. 라디에이터를 틀었는데도 추워서 이불을 두겹으로 덮고 잤습니ㅏ.

とにかくスタッフの方が最初から最後まで丁寧に案内してくださったので、無人なのにまったく迷うことなく本当に便利でした。

Cons:

隣の部屋の方、もしくは同じフロアの方が夜11時過ぎ頃まで部屋で爆音でカラオケ？をしており、叫んだりバタバタと暴れたり、ドアを勢いよく開閉したりしていました。早朝の便で出発予定だったので勘弁してよと思いました。こういった案件が起きた時、早急に対応していただける何かがあると嬉しいです

想像したものと違ったけど、よかったです。
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で使いやすかったです。必要なものが揃っていて、ベッドも快適でした。

Cons:

思ったより空港から距離があって、Googleマップ通り歩けば、急な登り坂もあり、子供を抱っこして、重い荷物を運びながら行くのはかなり大変でした。普通のホテルだと思いましたが、どっちかというとAirBnB的な感じでした。ホテルならスタッフや簡単な売店などがあると思い、コンビニ行かずに直接に行ったら思ったものと違ってちょっと戸惑いました。
