The bar
The doorman and staff at front desk not friendly
The corner room is large and very nicely decorated! There is actually shelf space in the bathroom which is usually lacking in other hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the meeting spaces were perfect. The front desk/manager(?)) Tony and the lady (don’t know name) were so incredibly nice and helpful!!! Great location as well.
Excellent location and the staff were wonderful. They even found my daughter’s specialty pillow case in the lost and found.
Some broken things in the room like toilet paper holder.
Cleanliness
Pay for parking
Horrible view, slow elevators, no kid friendly pool and inside pool closed. USB chargers didn’t work.
Nothing
Everything
Having a hard time finding something I liked. The bartender was nice.
The check-in process was awful. Staff did not explain policies and procedures. Room was dirty. Shower curtain kept falling down. Ice in the ice machine tasted like mold. Poor management.
Comfortable. The lady at the front was great.
$25 to park is crazy to plain common folk from a small town visiting a city. Booking doesn’t let you know that there is a $100 hold when you stay there. It almost caused me an inconvenience. You need to let people know ahead of time so they can choose to not stay instead of getting hung up.
