The staff at this location were truly remarkable and friendly! Probably the most genuinely helpful and kind staff of any hotel that we’ve stayed at in decades of traveling to other countries. Every time we needed anything, their entire staff welcomed the opportunity to help. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk always had a smile and greeted us every time we came in. They were also very attentive to greet us at the door and open the door for us as we entered the hotel. Such genuine kindness and humble displays of service are to be commended and have set the bar for what service should look like in the hotel industry. The rooftop infinity pool with a city view was amazingly beautiful! Our room was thoughtfully laid out with generous space in each room. We had a balcony view of the city, which provided generous sunlight throughout the apartment. There was also a separate walk-in shower with a full-size bathtub. The kitchen had the appliances and utensils that we needed, with the exception of a skillet that would have been helpful. There was also a washing machine in the kitchen, which had a drying feature combo (dryer part was not great though). There were 2 BTS SkyTrain locations within 5-7 minutes walk, which connected with the MTR locations and made navigating the city and tourist sites very easy. There was also a supermarket and shopping center right across the street, which had a McDonalds in it. We would definitely place this hotel as our first choice if returning to Bangkok for a future visit.
The upper floor interior halls going to our room were not cooled appropriately. It was only for a 30-second walk to our room, but after feeling the cool air of the lobby, the heat was noticeable each time we got off the elevator to our room.
Fajny hotel, duży apartament, przemily personel, spoko śniadanka z możliwością zamówienia czegoś ekstra z karty poza bufetem. Silownia w pelni wyposażona, w sumie też dobre miejsce. Do wszelkich atrakcji Boltem dojedziesz poniżej 200 BTH. Oczywiście jest też to metro naziemne obok, ale w 4 osoby więcej za bilety wychodzilo niż za taksówkę.

Quiet in the middle of Sumkhivit. Big spacious apartment.

The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and well appointed, nicely decorated, which had one room with two good size single beds for the teenagers and another room with a huge king size bed which my sister and I shared.
The showers were roomy, and the master bathroom included a big a bath. Shower pressure was fantastic and the towels thick and luxurious. The pool was stunning and the staff super helpful. The location was perfect as our apartment was on the quiet side of the street (Soi 2). The hotel is located close to the subway, skytrain, shopping complexes and a small supermarket.
Just a little thing really but apart from arrival day there were no ordinary English tea bag sachets replaced each day (we couldn't find anywhere locally to buy them either). We got heaps of extra creamer though which we never used. Also we didn't always get full replacements of flannels and hand towels each day. These are very very minor issues overall.
The water of swimming pool was very cold
Great location right in the central Sukhumvit area !!! staff were extremely helpful and polite .Rooms were clean and spacious .Only downside is the non availability of 24hrs room service .However the street itself is live whole night so doesn’t matter that much .Highly recommended.!!!

Место для завтраков было очень неприятным, с плохим запахом и переполнен людьми и орущими детьми. Очень шумно по ночам с улицы, грязные окна и балкон, мне бы не хотелось возвращаться в этот отель
