Comfortable beds , delicious breakfast friendly and helpful staff

I found tge flight of steps up to the entrance difficult especially with luggage Although staff helped us on departure

Great location would stay again.
Pros:

Fantastic location and breakfast. Comfy rooms. Booked 2 twin rooms but one was significantly bigger than the other. Hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Too hot in the breakfast room and bedroom in the morning and that was after we turned the heating off the day before. No biscuits to have with our cup of tea!

Very good value and good to have a break.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb - muesli fruit yoghurt and buffet cooked breakfast.Didnt expect such a good breakfast for the price we paid.
Helpful staff. Comfy bed .

Staff were great.the rooms were exceptionally clean. Bed was super quality and really comfortable. Food was good.

The rooms though clean were tired and in need of redecorating. The wall paper was pealing off the walls.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bedding were clean, beds are comfortable, and showers hot. Breakfast was as you would expect, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and buffet style breakfast. It was hot, plenty of choice and above all very tasty. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Pros:

The breakfast was good

Cons:

Disabled facilities are not good states on there website disabled parking outside only if you can a place also no ramp as it states not a hotel for disabled people. Hotel very dated and beds very uncomfortable

All in all a very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Superb breakfast. Lovely staff. Pleasant and helpful.
Would definitely return.

Cons:

Room we were in was rather cramped. Otherwise comfortable. Hand soap pump would have been appreciated.
Some outside refurbishment needed, eg window frames etc

Apart from niggly complaints our stay was enjoyable. e.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, lift facility, all carpeting

Cons:

Room converted from two to three bed. All switches for bed reading lights therefore concealed behind bedhead and impossible to reach. No access to double bed one side as pushed against the wall. Very high double bed, had to crawl to get on.
Although bathroom elegant and nice shower and bowl there is no shelving or hooks or facility to put anything down.
Expected a small fridge in room.
