Hôtel dans un endroit calme, tout confort
Pros:

Chambre confortable, bonne literie, bon petit déjeuner, peut être un peu cher

Cons:

Dommage cette odeur d’égout inhabituelle dans l’hôtel et dans notre chambre.
Possibilité d’acheter un verre de vin au salon, dommage que le prix soit excessif au vu de la quantité servie.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for three nights during the Carnival period and overall had a very pleasant experience.

We arrived late at night, and the hotel was very easy to access from the deck. Matteo at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was very pleasant and helpful throughout check-in.

The first room we were assigned had a very small bathroom, so I requested a change. The team was accommodating and moved us to Room 501 on the ground floor, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The only point to note is that this room faces the breakfast area, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning and you may notice breakfast aromas early in the day. Guests who are sensitive to noise or prefer to sleep in may want to request a different room location.

The hotel staff overall were exceptional ,friendly, attentive, and professional. The location of the hotel is fantastic and very convenient, and the breakfast was generous, varied, and enjoyable.

Boutique, comfortable, lovely stay in Venice
Pros:

- Great location - so proximate to the sights without feeling touristy.
- Our room was right at the top and it was lovely and quiet - very cozy
- Breakfast was delicious - a decent variety of food
- Loved afternoon tea provided in the afternoon
- Great selection of more local restaurants nearby

Cons:

- Breakfast room was small and did get very crowded during 'peak' time.

Authentic Venice Experience
Pros:

Don’t let the exterior of the hotel fool you — once inside, it offers a truly authentic Venice experience, especially in the rooms. They are spacious, comfortable, and lavishly decorated in classic Venetian style.
The staff were genuinely welcoming and communicated clearly in English. A special mention for their kindness when my daughter was unwell — they even offered to take her tea while she rested in the room.
The team were also happy to share excellent local knowledge, recommending restaurants and pointing out some wonderful off-the-beaten-track sights.

Cons:

Choose your vaporetto carefully from the main station, otherwise you may be in for quite a walk — especially if you’re travelling with large suitcases. That said, this seems to be par for the course with most accommodation in Venice.
